I bought pine pollen
I bought pine pollen. I only taking a week but I like it. I feel I sleep better and have less stress and feel better even when not enough sleep. I'm only taking 1mg a day too.

Do not buy
I would NOT recommend taking Lions Mane. It gave me and my husband vertigo, nausea, and headaches. Please take this review and the others regarding these side affects into consideration.

Ascent nutrition is very good product
Ascent nutrition is very good product. I use tumuric for pain works great. I take it on a daily basis due to spinal fusion. I don’t use any other medication just tumuric.
