If I could give zero stars, I would.Over a six-month period, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed:* Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times)* Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia* Gutters frequently overflowing* Gutters visibly scratched and dented* Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctlyThey replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining … and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I’m now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over.Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself … only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes.I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn’t.I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.
