Very professional
Grabbars had exactly the type of bar that I wanted, so I didn't need to compromise what I got. There website was easy to navigate to find the material, style, finish and lengths that I was looking for. They were also swift in filling my order and kept apprised of the status. And to top it off, they cost less than any other product that I could find. Kudos!

Do not trust grabbars.com advertising
Do not trust grabbars.com advertising, their item pictures are nothing like the product you will receive and they will not work with you to return the items. You can only return items if you pay a 20% restocking fee and you pay for return shipping to them. That is no way to make your customers 100% satisfied. It's more like they will be 100% satified to make you pay more and they keep your money. You will be better off staying away from grabbars.com and buy your safety equipment from a locally trusted business, that will make you 100% HAPPY.I wonder how many returns are never approved because they say items were damaged when they received them? I also wonder how many pictures they have of damaged products to say it was your return? Think about it people, with the experience I had with them, I would not trust them. Anyone need a 24” grab bar and two 12” grab bars, “brushed nickel”. They are SILVER, not the color their website shows. I gave them a ONE rating but they don’t even deserve that.UPDATE: My sister stopped by and said she would like to get some grab bars for her second bathroom and thankfully I told her to stay away from grabbars.com! I’m happy to tell people not to buy from them, maybe it’ll be one crappy business that shuts down.

I highly recommend grabbars.com for their product selection, product information, placement guides, informative installation guides, and helpful customer service. Pricing is competitive too, even when shipped UPS 2nd day air to San Diego, CA. I purchased 1 1/4" stainless steel standard grab bars in 18" and 32" for our tiled showers. I followed their placement suggestion of an entry wall and a sidewall grab bar. Likewise I followed their installation guide to anchoring each grab bar with 2 screws per flange into a stud... supports up to 500 lbs.

Excellent Service
We updated our bathroom and decided to install ADA compliant grab bars. Found GrabBars.com online. Great selection and ordered easily. Package arrived two days later, using standard delivery. During reno process, decided we needed another bar, longer, to match. Went back online, found the bar easily, but had a question about fitment and attachment. Called the 800 number and talked to Jaime (sp?). She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, handled the order, and again, two day standard shipping. The bars look great and are a perfect match.If you need grab bars, I highly recommend this family owned, extremely responsive and customer focused business.

Pretty Grab Bars!!
