My experience with Gustan Cho Associates has been extremely favorable. I knew as I was completing the purchase contract that financing for my buyer would be challenging. At the suggestion of a trusted colleague, I reached out to Gus to provide some background on my buyer and he immediately offered multiple options and assured us he would be able to get financed and prepared a pre-qualification letter on the spot.
