Went into Hale Thomas Street today had my 16 year old daughter with me. I'm not great at talking so my daughter asked for the vape I was looking for. Woman than started questioning who the vape was for I told her ME. She continued to ask after I said me several times.I work in retail so know how card machines work. Paid I knew the payment had went thru and she starts calling me back as if I'm trying to scam her. I'll never set foot inside the shop again have never been so embarrassed. Shame on the woman especially with other customers in the shop

Made an error in my order and explained this in an email to the support team. Louise came straight back to me and was very helpful, my return label was issued and a replacement order was dispatched and received within 24hours of my original email. Very friendly and excellent service!
I auto entered an old address which I have no access to on a recent order. I contacted customer service and Louise was very helpful and ensured I received my good straight away. I've been a customer of hale for a number of years and always find them a good company to deal with.
I have been a customer of hale in limerick for about 8 years. Over that time i can only say that their staff are top class, friendly and helpful. However over that period I have had two times where products I have bought have been faulty, first was a new vape that burnt coils and last week a battery that didnt charge properly. In first instance they refused to replace it due to their "returns" policy. I didnt pursue it. Last week the staff member said they need to test the battery over a 24hr period to see if a replacement was justified, leaving me without a battery. A complete blatant breach of consumer rights, why would I want a replacement if a 2 week old battery was good? Willing to sell products and have the audacity to say keep your receipt and then not honour it, ridiculous. Staff member I dealt with agreed to replace after I complained but meant I had to take it out on the person who was only enforcing companies policy of shafting its customers.
Usually always a pleasure to go into this store, staff are all typically very helpful and friendly but one staff member in particular a woman with green hair is always rude and makes shopping there uncomfortable. All my friends have similar experiences with her and we avoid shopping there due to this. Wouldn't recommend for this reason. Other than that great shop and other staff are always helpful
*Hale vape store Blanchardstown* AVOID My partner went into get vape oil but did not bring her ID BUT she had an account with them (and had been into the shop on several occasions prior). They replied saying we cannot serve you unless you’ve got ID so she went and got me in another shop as I was shopping upstairs.She explained and I said no problem I’ll get them for you ( keep in mind we are bother over the age of 21) 25 & 23I was with my friend and partner and i headed to the counter and asked them for vape oil for my vapeAnd the employee replied saying you cannot buy for somebody else but I had money and ID?????The other lady behind the counter said to me ‘ I heard your conversation and you are buying for you friend’I replied ‘Why are you listening to my conversation?’ - ( me and my friend were discussing vapes etc)Moral of the story The staff are rude to customers and won’t be back :)
Reading previous reviews, I was hesitant to use the store, but I took a chance, and I don't regret it. Super fast shipping, a great sale offer, so I got the coil at a bargain price. I will definitely shop at Hale more often.
Went in. Explained I had bought the heavier coil ( magnetic) and was advised there was a lighter one. I asked for the lighter one.First off she was like a rabbit in headlights. So I showed her what I meant...she went looking. Came back with a new tank. I paid and took it home. Primed it put it on.When I turned it on I discovered it was the same as what I already had.I brought it back. She again looked like she hadn't a clue...THEN said sorry we don't sell the lighter oneWHAT? WHY SELL ME THE WRONG ONE IF YOU KNEW YOU DIDNT HAVE WHAT I WANTED. THEN ADMIT MISTAKE BUT REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Then sorry you can't return this. It's been used. "Course it was used. That's how I knew you sold me the wrong tank.NOTHING SHE CAN DOAbsolute rubbish. Stay away
Having initially been refused an exchange in the Finglas store, for a defective tank, because I had no receipt, I contacted support. Emma in support got back to me, apologized and immediately arranged an exchange. It was assuring to see that being a regular customer still has value. I would recommend that all customers make sure they join the loyalty scheme as your purchases can be reviewed if you have an issue. We’ll done to Hale on very good customer service.
Wouldn’t recommend this company I ordered from them last week and still no parcel from them stay away at all cost no help for them when I contacted them at all poor service
This was my first time purchasing from Hale Vape and I had an issue when I placed my order and thought I would have to cancel the order so I contacted customer support and got a very fast response in just under an hour from Louise in Customer Care who fixed my problem straight away which meant I was able to confirm my order! Thank you Louise for your prompt and helpful response!
Stillorgan shopping centre branch:Terrible customer service,shop is supposed to open at 12 on Sundays but 12.10 still not opened, around 1 I went back to meet the shop keeper leaving and was told 'back in 2 seconds'.Went back after 10 minutes but the bad attitude of the shop keeper was enough for me to take my custom else where,I was spending €30 a week in that shop,never again.
I received atrocious customer service from the manager working at Hale Pavilions. Went to buy two vapes (the same vapes I always get) which was fine. When I began to open one of the vapes I realised I was given a different vape than the one I had asked for. Went back to the stand and explained that she gave me the wrong vapes and the girl who had given me those vapes spoke down to me and didn’t even apologise for her error. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she is the manager and I actually couldn’t believe it. The way she spoke to me was outrageous, she doesn’t have an ounce of customer service skills. Not one apology, and refused to exchange the vape, although I hadn’t taken a single vape from it. She told me it was my fault that I opened the vape because it says the flavour on it (however the box I received and the box I usually get are identical, the only difference is the flavour written on it) but why would I read the flavour on the box, I obviously assumed I had just received the vape I had asked for (I have never gotten any other flavour either and have dealt with this woman many times). Ridiculous that she didn’t exchange the vape considering it was her error (the vape is €18). Will never be returning and will be telling my friends & family about this experience too.
Nice shop with extremely incompetent staff. Treating customers as if you are superior is not okay. So I came there to buy some vape liquids and obv got asked if I have an ID (but I didn’t). Totally understand, totally fine. I live close to the shop so said I’ll come back soon. Pleased that I look young, I gave a woman working there my ID, smiling and saying “I’m 25”, and that doesn’t require an answer “yeah and I’m 34”. Like…I don’t need to know this but you are checking my passport specifically for that! Okay next, I told her I have their loyalty card but I haven’t used it in a while since I haven’t been to this store, so I’m not sure if giving her just my phone number would be enough. So I asked if this loyalty system is still in place. And in return I got looked at as if I’m some kind of idiot. And during the whole convo I was treated like I’m a complete nobody. Yeah that’s what you are waiting for when you go to Hale to get some liquids. Def coming to this store, but not if that’s her shift.
Really happy with the quality of The Hale liquids. Always friendly in the shops when I go in and super fast delivery when I order online. 👌

Stay away from this vape liquid. The liquid lacks any flavour, its like vaping water. You are getting ripped off, the liquid does not last well compared to other brands like wicked. You will find bottles are going much quicker than other brands, they are doing this to keep you having to buy them...very bad.. avoid at all costs.
Flavours are nasty. Should probably have someone test and improve the flavours before releasing them.
