Tracy was extremely helpful with…

Tracy was extremely helpful with getting the proper fit for my CPAP mask. She took the time and paid attention to the details. I am only on my fourth night of using the equipment, but so it is going well and I am feeling really comfortable thanks to Tracy and her team at Hart.

I dealt with a James Foley. Something was delivered to him and payment was never received. He will not return my calls or return my money. I would call the police but the item is only $200

Kristy did a great job showing me the Journey Zoomer chair. She is the reason I came back. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have. I tried to call 4 times today to tell her I was coming and was put on hold each time and they all lasted 20 min and never got to talk to her. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have come back. I explained this to her. She did a good job with paperwork and even had it charged. She went and got the manager so I could talk to her about the phone system. If I wasn't retired I may not of come back. I am from Elmore ohio.

Overcharged!!!!!

I am a Type. 1 diabetic. I called Hart to get set up to send me my CGM supplies. I have 2 insurance carriers a primary and secondary. They first tried to make me pay 2 deductibles on the first call. When I asked them to bill my primary only the agent told me that they were not allowed to do that. After being challenged in that, they confirmed that I was correct and only billed the primary insurance. Then I was given the wrong co pay amount. When challenged they pushed back for several days and numerous phone calls. Since I was running out of time I paid them so I could get the supplies I needed. After speaking to the insurance provider, all of the amounts I was told turned out to be completely wrong. Not one thing Hart did was what my coverage called for. I am now in a fight to get my money back as they have taken hundreds of dollars that should not have been paid. Little does Hart medical know that they have just woken a silent sleeping giant. I will not allow this to happen. When I am finished they will be not only return my STOLEN MONEY but their unfair practices will be put on full display in many areas other than the internet. I find it pathetic that companies like this are allowed to exist. I will keep everyone posted.

Trying to check the status c-pap order…

Trying to check the status c-pap order that was placed on October 13. Waited for 20 min for the "next available representative" when I finally got through i was put on hold until the call dropped me off. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get an answer. That answer was "still pending regarding supplement insurance.I have left approximately 5 messages for Tiffany at 313 810-503-9184 and have never received a call back. Their phone system sucks. I just need my supply's. Considering a new supplier.

Customer service representatives are the rudest people I've ever spoke to and then when you asked to talk to a supervisor they put you to somebody by the name of Taylor and she never responds worse company I've ever dealt with they take money out of your account without your authorization

Unethical organization

They have harassed me eight times now over the past two months for payment. Each and every time I have provided proof of payment to no avail. Couple of weeks ago my wife contacted their corporate office after the seventh request for payment. We Again provided proof of payment and they acknowledged that we had in fact paid in full and on time. They assured us that the matter was now resolved and the case closed. Yesterday I got the eighth harassing phone call for nonpayment AND was threatened to have the matter turned over to a collection agency. It’s unbelievable to me that this company can treat a customer like this. Mistakes happen but eight times is no mistake, it’s harassment. I have reported their company to the fraud department of American Express as well as the Better Business Bureau. I will also be sending a letter to the state of Michigan Attorney General‘s office. There are also various government programs like Medicaid and Medicare that I’m sure they work with that have mechanisms for reporting fraud and abuse. I’ll continue this fight until my last breath. You’ve been paid. I have the proof and have provided it to you seven times already. 8/14 Update: While I appreciate the response, I have been given similar assurances from this company in the past. So unfortunately despite my proof of payment and their acknowledgment of payment, I have zero confidence that the harassment will cease. Why would the eighth time be the charm when my first seven attempts yielded nothing. I hope I’m wrong but there is something not right about Hart Medical. 8/14: Received a phone call from Marcy with Hart Medical reassuring me that this issue has been resolved. Hopefully this is once and for all resolved. I appreciate her efforts. Time will tell but I am optimistic.

My husband's Dr called in an order for…

My husband's Dr called in an order for Oxygen. She had to call more than once to even get the order placed right because the lady that answered the initial call was so nasty and rude she would not even give her the info she needed, then we were told they would have it out that day it never came the next day came and we received a call and so did his dr. that it was being delivered today and that was at 11 am they would call when they were getting close to our place well it is now 2:22 and it still has not been received and still no call we have tried to call the number that called us and we get no answer then it says press 2 to talk to the answering service great answering service they don't answer their phone either we were on hold for over an hour finally got tired of waiting and hung up, it also says if it is an emergency call 911 when someone is out of oxygen when is that not an emergency It is now 2 days No O2 Shall we have the ambulance and emergency room send the bill to Hart Medical because they can't do their Job I hope this will not be one of your Family members one day but oh wait the would probably get theirs anytime of the day or night

If I could give a negative I would. This company is a joke. Never answer the phone. Gives doctor and office staff a hard time. Had a walker sitting for a month never a phone call. I never knew the walker was even there. Go to Amazon!

Absolute and complete joke

Absolute and complete joke. Left me on hold for FOREVER. The CPAP agent on the phone didn't know what he was doing. Had no idea how to explain the cost structure and insurance coverage. When I called out that his math made no sense he put me on hold for "a moment". Somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes later I concluded he either had forgotten about me or required more training before he was ready to be on the phone with a real customer and dropped off.

This company has 0 sympathy

This company has 0 sympathy, my dad passed on hospice and not 9 hours later they were calling to pick up their equipment. Then the next day when they set up to pick it up, they had me wait at his house until 9 pm with a time window of “2pm-4pm. This company had 0 compassion and their excuse was that they are a busy company and have to pick up extra orders if they come up throughout the day. I hope in the future this company can find compassion for grieving family’s and give them a day or two to deal with the death of their loved one before you come demanding equipment. And if you do need it right away you have procedures that create priority pick ups in timely manners, considering you know funeral arrangements are also needed to be done after a passing.

Customer service is not their strong suit

My mother is in the hospital. Been waiting to be discharged all day. at 5:15pm Hart said they were enroute to the hospital with the oxygen needed to discharge her. 615 the hospital says Hart said no one has been dispatched. I called Hart. I had the unfortunate experience of talking to Nicky. Not only was she rude but she refused to get us a rough estimate of their arrival because it is "not their process".

I have been trying since January 16

I have been trying since January 16, 2025 to get my CPAP supplies from Hart Medical Supply in Bowling Green Ohio. As of today, March 3, 2025, I still do not have them.Not only did they not answer their phone for almost 2 weeks, but they rarely called back when I left messages.I had to call the Maumee, Ohio Hart Medical Supply store today to order supplies because the Bowling Green Ohio store is inept.I will not be dealing with Hart Medical Supply in Bowling Green Ohio again.Horrible, horrible horrible!!!

Is this actually a Business?

Have been jerked around regarding receiving a CPAP machine for the past 3 months. I've had to call them multiple times to figure out what is going on with my order, every time they claim its cleared up and I should receive it within two weeks. Then nothing. This has happened three times in a row. I'm sick. I'm exhausted. I'm going with someone else. Don't waste your time with them because this appears to be their modus operendi.

I am a medical professional

I am a medical professional. I contacted Hart Medical for a new CPAP machine. It has been 1 week and no one can tell me the status of the machine. I have called 3 times and keep getting the runaround. I will never recommend Hart Medical to my patients.

Called four times

Called four times. Twice was on hold once for 15 minutes and then over 30 minutes. Called and agreed to have them call me back. First time phone rang twice and we I answered they hung up. The second time rang once and when I picked it up they hung up again. Who is their customer service manager? That person needs to reply to all the complaints.

Keep calling to pay my bill but no one…

Keep calling to pay my bill but no one will answer the phone . Only says your call is very important to us but never answers the phone very frustrating , if I could I would give the rating a negative one.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They bombard you with emails and calls to sell you more equipment that you don't need yet and at twice the price. They continued to bill me for equipment that was already paid for. When I called to complain, they told me they would follow up but no one ever did.
