I proceeded based on this written confirmation. This raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the quality check before dispatch.Even after clearly documenting this in the same email thread, I was again asked what issue I was facing — which suggests the case history was not thoroughly reviewed before responding.At this point, the experience has felt more process-driven than resolution-driven.To be fair, the support team has remained polite and has offered to process another warranty claim and potential replacement. THE Audiophile brand in India. Huge selection of headphones and DACs. They have events where you can try headphones which is critical to making your choice.Best part is the support! I messed up a 2 of my orders and they were very supportive even though I inconvenienced them.Keep up the great work!

Their team sucks in repair. The only thing good about them is that they reply to the mails(which is no use as the issue won't be solved). I sent them my fiio ja11 dac because one side of the iem wasn't reading. So they when they checked the product it was perfectly fine. I urged them to check again and they said they checked it using multiple device and then send the product back. So when I got it back the problem persisted. I didn't send it back because all it could do was waste my time further.

The product I got SIMGOT EW300 worth 7k got it's jack torn in a week. Further communication regarding them was harsh and never resulted in any betterment. I bought cca hydro a 12000 rs iem from them and as advertised on there portal it has extra bass signature but after using it I found totally uncomfortable and neutral sound so when I requested to return the product the request was declined from headphonezone, I would say its a total scam and purchasing high end iem creates no diiference at all, because headphonezone or any other online seller has no offline store where you can check the product and after purchaing there is no return.

Non Existent customer Care. No Regard for timely delivery. They deal with fraud couriers.. Stay away if you don't wan't your health to be impacted.
Very good experience. They also offer cash on delivery for the audio products which is a must if you are ordering from them for the first time. The updates emails are a breath of fresh air compared to the ones from amazon etc. Will deffinately order again.

Got Scammed by their Geaar Tradeup Programme , the party on the other end has took my Headphones IC Chip and returned it to me , raising this issue to the team in headphone zone says , that we are not responsible for it & as your return / refund date expired , we can't do this to you , more than the theft , their authoritarian and irresponsible behavior got me so mad and i hate the brand for what they promise but fail to deliver , i hope they can change , but i've lost interest in all audiophile products that they genuinely sell .
Worst return policy and fraud activity in the name of policy I purchased a headphone from headphone zone, I bought the product for connecting with my laptop but the product is failed to connect with my laptop as a bluetooth device, I returned the product within 1 day after purchase, but they are not taken my returned product they saying they can't take the product because they saying it's my system having the problem, they said it will connect to any device but they failed to meet the requirement. they are cheating people with their return policy
