Horrible online system
The online system hasn’t worked for months so you cannot reorder the medicine you have already paid for. They take the money every 28 days but do not send the medication in a timely manner so it is not long before you have paid for number of vials of medicine that you do not receive. They continue to say that someone will help with the online system but they never do.

Health Rx is not to be trusted!
Health Rx is one of the most unprofessional and dishonest so called health management companies I know of... I paid them for six months of services. They have received every time of my money, in advance now this fraud of a company has my account under investigation. Google them and see that the BBB has nothing nice to say either... There are many customers from at least November 2025 to the present that have similar experiences of not receives the medical services they have paid for, months in advance. This messy company that is most likely faces many lawsuits, has a bad reputation for sending out your initial health management services, late at that... I had to report them to the fraud department, for medical fraud, as well as the BBB etc. Take them to court if they do not provide you with the services you already paid for or they do not refund your money immediately. They are not tree weeks late with the medical services I paid for 11/17/25 - 4/17/27. Call them at (208) 494-2534 and they will only put on a patient support person, usually woman with and English accent and they can and do not help you with anything. They will not connect you to billing a supervisor or anyone with any type of authority. DO NOT SIGN UP with Health RX !

Don’t trust companies w/ random phone #s
Don’t trust a company that uses random numbers. You have to put in your info just to get info, and 5 months later, I’m getting calls daily “to give me a discount”. Legit companies don’t spam call. I can’t pick up the phone during the day to tell them to stop calling me, and I can’t even block them because they never use the same number. Companies that always use a different number are shady.

UPDATE: FIred HealthRX. Cancelled. Requested they refund my recent payment as nothing had been provided. Filed a dispute with my CC as well. We shall see how long this takes. In the meantime, If you are experiencing similiar issues, HealthRX was purchased by Banyan Software about 4 years ago. David Berkal is the CEO. The next day, I get an email and call asking for the same information. From there it got worse - one email said sorry we have everything. Then 3 others after that said we need you address, DOB, and I just told them it was ridiculous at this point and to go to the portal and read what I have in there - I can see my information clearly. The last communication I had was this morning, 11/8 where I replied to yet another email and sent them 2 screen shots from the portal reflecting my home address. God help me if I have to go thru this disorganization for the next 3 months. I will demand a refund and go elsewhere! The Dr however, was very nice, professional and knew what she was doing. Thankfully!

Very Unhappy with last RX Clinician
In all previous clinical visits with RX i have been very satisfied. Clinicians were helpful, listened, and helped me to problem solve. However, on the last visit, my clinician discounted my concerns, and pushed for the agenda of not increasing my dosage. It felt like a complete monetary based decision on the part of the RX clinician, as I was asking to increase from 6.4mg to 8.5mg. I told the clinician the my doctor would still like me to lose more weight, as I am still high above my pre-menopausal weight. My bmi is currently at 24, but a healthy bmi for my height is 18.5 to 24, so I'm at the high end, which has never been my normal. Your clinician argued with me, essentially saying that she knew better than my doctor of 25 years, who specializes in Internal Medicine. She argued that a bmi below 24 would be unhealthy, and that she is not going to allow her patients to get to an "unhealthy" weight. According to my doctor, and every chart that I have read, an unhealthy bmi would be lower that 18.5 and I am a king way from that! I have two adult daughters, ages 21 and 37 who both carry a normal weight of 115, and the 37 year old has 3 children ages 5 and under! I am 5' 4" and currently weigh at 145, and I would like to get down to 130, which is completely reasonable, and that is what I put down on my initial RX Quiz before I started paying for your service. However, now that I am asking for a higher dosage to continue to combat my hunger, I am getting push back from your clinician. I can only presume that this is because a higher dosage comes at a higher cost to RX, and that your clinicians are advised to discourage it to keep your costs down. But the agreement with RX was that my price would not be increased with dosage increases. That is why I chose RX in the first place. I'm not happy with how your clinician tried to strong arm me into believing that my weight would be unhealthy if I continued to lose weight. I kept a weight of 125 into my early 40s, and I want to get down to 130 without being harassed. Although your clinician finally agreed to increase my dosage to 8.5mg, I am very unhappy with how my visit went, and I am decidedly considering to move to another medical service provider of I am treated in that manner again, as if I am an imbecile who needs to be schooled in weight management.

Health RX is AWFUL. You will not get your medicine, you will not get a refund. The patient care team is the absolute worst people I hav ever worked with. Do not use them whatever you do.

Need for a website overhaul
Your providers are excellent. Your patient portal is a nightmare. I get links to surveys, told to upload labs, and reorder my rx only to not have the option to do any of these things when I log in. To reorder my medication, I have to call in, complete a questionnaire and then call back to schedule an apt with an md so they can approve my medication refill. The entire process took me over two weeks to complete getting a refill approved and to my home.
