The hair looks nothing like what is…
The hair looks nothing like what is advertise on the models. It’s really dry in person even if you apply product in the long run the hair before stiff and dry plus they are cheap af ! They send a littleBit of hair just to get you. And it’s overprice. I would def recommend naracurls or hergiven hair or lbl hair extensions!! Looks way better!! Also they only give store credit hahah next time just use after pay when buying from them

I will never buy Heat Free Hair (HFH)again!
I would like to share my experience with “Heat Free Hair” ("HFH") Products, specifically the "For Koils" Wefted Hair - 20" / Natural Virgin Color, which I purchased for an upcoming vacation in 2025.While I cannot leave a review directly on the HFH website, I believe it is important to inform potential buyers of my experience regarding this product's quality. Upon installation of the hair, my stylist and I initially noticed some shedding and a dry, coarse texture. Despite careful maintenance and regular moisturizing, these issues persisted and even worsened over time. Managing the hair was quite demanding, requiring approximately 45 minutes both morning and night to detangle and maintain, which proved to be inconvenient and time-consuming during travel. When I reached out to customer support (specifically Akeisha), she responded promptly and recommended purchasing the company’s hair care products designed for this specific hair type. I followed this advice and bought two kits at an additional cost of $90 each; however, unfortunately, the products did not resolve the excessive shedding or dryness. The total investment, including the original hair purchase ($448) and the care products, felt disproportionate given the results.Despite ongoing communication with customer support, the shedding and dryness continued. Eventually, I decided to dispute the charge out of frustration with the persistent problems and lack of improvement. Although HFH ultimately declined my dispute, citing receipt confirmation, mind you, my concerns related strictly to the product’s performance, not the fact that I did not receive the product. However, I felt that it wasn’t worth the time to go back and forth with this company as it appears it is the norm that they take advantage of their clients. Due to continuous irritation at the nape of my neck and ongoing shedding, I chose to have the hair removed immediately after my trip (only 4 weeks later). Luckily the irritation subsided with over-the-counter cortisone treatment, after the material (the stuff they are selling as natural hair) was removed . While I acknowledge the possibility that I received a defective batch as I purchased a ponytail about three years ago and did not have the same experience albeit, I’ve only worn the ponytail occasionally (3-5 times over he past 3years) and it is prickly, but nothing like the wefted hair, especially since I only wear it for a few hours. My overall experience this time was highly unsatisfactory, and I would caution others to thoroughly research before making a similar purchase. I will personally NEVER PURCHASE anything from HEAT FREE HAIR again!!!

You better be damn sure about what…
You better be damn sure about what you’re buying. They ONLY offer store credit. They tried their best to keep me from returning the hair and basically said I touched the bundle too much (it had its label and everything). They have popups that offer you discounts… but know that if you use any coupon what’s purchased is not refundable.

THEY WILL GHOST YOU IF YOU APPLY
This company completely GHOSTED me after an over hour long initial interview and telling me they would update me on my application! Britany S, the Director of Operations, conducted the interview and asked me skill-focused questions. I was even instructed to do activities like present a couple influencers for heat free hair and write a caption. All of this took time and effort. After about a week I checked in with Britany on a Thursday and she informed me that she would update me the next day (Friday). It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard from her, even after checking in a second time. All it takes is common decency to let a candidate know that they did not get the position. Very unprofessional behavior.

DONT DO IT!
DONT DO IT!I ordered hair and before it even arrived I knew I wanted to get a refund because you have to get two bundles for fullness. I have ordered from Better Length Hair and gotten more hair, great quality for the same price. When I contacted customer service I was advised that they do not offer refunds. What a rip off. Companies that know they provide good services and products don't operate this way.
