Check in hand within 24 hours!
I called Amber Clark about a loan for a used car and within 24 hours I had a check in hand to pay the dealership. She was amazing and just a pleasant to work with! Would definitely recommend her/their services!!

Loan for Car Repairs
I was looking to get a loan because of car issues that unexpectatly came up. I called scheduled the appointment and had absolutely no issues. Once in the office I worked with Madison Kleiman whom made it extremly easy and the process was smooth and I was in and out in under an hour. Madison was great to work with has a wonderful personality and a very pleasant person.

Awesome Customer Service
My fiancé and I have had excellent interactions with the ladies at the Rice Lake Wisconsin office. We have had 4 loans with them. The ladies at this office have excellent customer service. Yes the interest rates are a little high but that is the only downside. The application process was fast and if there was ever an issue the ladies were quick to help resolve the issues and give great financial advice. If you need a loan fast I highly recommend Heights Finance 😀

Our initial loan turned into 3 times what we owed
I received a letter from an attorney at Heights Finance, stating that our $2000.00 loan had been increased to $7400.00. We reduced our loan to $900.00 due to health problems that prevented us from paying the entire amount. Now this attorney is coming after us for $7400.00. RUN AWAY QUICK

WHAT CAN I SAY.. I GOT A LOAN AT ALTON ILLINOIS LOCATION. FROM DAY ONE THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME RECEIPTS FOR MY PAYMENTS. AFTER GOING IN 3 TIMES TO PAY I JUST PAID IT OFF BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE I AM BELOW SOMEONE.

Don't Do It!
We got a loan on a truck title. We paid off the loan in October (months ahead of the loan time) and have gotten the run around on our title return ever since. It is now February. They NOW say (just 2 weeks ago, before then no one could tell me where it was) it is at the Illinois Driver's facility, which will cost US $50.00 to get it. I took out a loan, gave them a title, paid the loan, and now they expect me to do their leg work and be out of pocket, to get my title back. NO ONE ever calls back and I never get the person handling my loan, because she is never there. We WILL NOT be returning customers. If you value your titles, do not let them touch them. We would like to sell the truck but cannot without a title. This is plum crazy!

Amazing customer service & hospitality
I have to say my experience with the staff at Heights was 100% outstanding. They worked to help out both myself & my son. I have been in the hospitality business for 15+ years & these 2 ladies are by far extremely professional. I highly recommend this office for any financial needs you may be needing help with. The worst customer service ever!
I received a check in mail and I cashed it. I had a loan with another company and they offered to pay Heights loan off. They did this 12.19.25. The other company overpaid around $100. Heights was supposed to refund to me and they say they mailed 12.31.25 but today id 01.21.26 and still no check in the mail. The manager was RUDE AND told me not responsible for the mail and its my problem. I think its illegal to not refund customers their money. I am reporting too the BBB. This was easy fix, check if cashed and reissue. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY!
