This is the second home improvement…
This is the second home improvement loan we have successfully done with HFS. The first was a bit bumpy as we learned the ropes and made a few mistakes that cost us time. This second loan process could not have gone smoother. We will go back to HFS when ever the need arises in the future

Great communicating. My loan representative was very helpful and easy to work with. I appreciate how she took all my calls and helped me work through this process I also like that the company i am buying the buildings from can see the status and are updated on where the process is.

The loan approval process was fast and…
The loan approval process was fast and easy. A little too fast. Emails were sent my way, and I was unable to open documents to finalize the loan. Then out of the blue I received a check for somebody else’s loan and personal information. which means the other individual had my personal information and loan check. At this point, I did not even know if I was approved completely for the loan. customer service was difficult to get a hold of. I wasn’t even sure who had accepted my loan. after many attempts, customer service was great and the problems were corrected.
