Outstanding Service, Lightning-Fast Shipping, and Game-Changing OS Tuning
We need to talk about hidevolution.comI recently purchased the ROG Flow Z13 128GB model from them. I placed my order in early July and received it just six days into August — an incredibly fast turnaround.In today’s world, I’m honestly amazed at how great it feels to work with a company whose representatives actually communicate with you, pick up the phone, talk to you in person, and keep you updated at every stage of the order. hidevolution did exactly that, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.One unique service they offer is custom OS tuning. At first, I was hesitant to spend a couple hundred dollars on it, but I have to say — the results are nothing short of amazing.Here’s the backstory: I initially went to them because every time I tried to buy the Z13 directly from ASUS, it was out of stock. I placed my order with hidevolution, but while they were processing it, another one became available from ASUS — so I ended up buying two identical machines.That turned out to be a huge blessing, because I got to directly compare the standard ASUS build with the hidevolution tuned build side by side.The difference was night and day:Idle CPU usage: hidevolution’s tuned Z13 uses just 1% CPU, while the stock ASUS build uses about 3%.Memory usage: The stock ASUS build uses 3GB more RAM than the hidevolution tuned version at idle.Startup speed: Logging in on the tuned machine is practically instantaneous.Their tuning service removes bloatware, strips out unnecessary Microsoft background processes that “phone home,” and optimizes the entire system for performance. The proof was right in front of me, and now I can’t imagine owning another device without it.On top of the technical improvements, I was equally impressed by their customer service. Every interaction — whether by phone or email — was handled promptly, professionally, and in a genuinely friendly manner. The representative I worked with answered all my questions in detail and made the entire buying process a pleasure.Bottom line: Between the excellent communication, fast shipping, and the remarkable improvements from their OS tuning service, I am never going to purchase another computer without having it tuned by hidevolution first.Highly recommended!

Very bad service!The spit in the face was the Redemption Key promotional code for a Game for buying an RTX laptop that they sent me already expired. It was literally said so in the email with this code they've sent me. The full story.- I preordered a laptop, and they said that when it's in stock, they will notify me. It didn't happen, I contacted them instead after checking the website with my laptop status, in stock. - There was some payment issue, which is strange, but it happens, so I paid the same way the second time. They answered my inquiry almost a day after, I paid in 17 minutes after I received a message from them. Then it took them 1 day to answer again. But this time they asked me to check the address, which I did in a few minutes, and again, one day to answer to my message, this time they wanted to check spelling. - After one more day of waiting for the answer, the purchase was confirmed, and Ted (The shop guy ) told me they would ship it in the next couple of days.- It took them 3 days to ship, and I don't know what kind of DHL Express they used to ship, but it took 5 days to come.To summarize, it took 11 days to get a Laptop for 3000$ with me contacting them; otherwise, I believe it would be longer if not simply cancelled. - The place is bad, but not a scam- It's my second time buying here, and the last one, simply because of the service and attitude.- If you are considering buying here, try to contact anyone and input their name in "Has someone helped you in your purchase?". I believe this way, stuff gets something of it, and they might do the work properly. But I'm not sure about the last one, it's just a guess. About the laptop:- The first one I bought still works, but the charging port is dead now. I can't find the place to fix it in my town, and if I send it to ASUS, the repair price is bigger than buying a new, even better model. The problem with the port might be my fault, or the manufacturer so I can't blame the shop. (First 4 years it worked really well)- The second Laptop (Just bought) arrived just fine, the box seems to be sealed, and no one opened it. Works great! Other retailers give a discount for this laptop and some bonus stuff like mouse pads, etc. This site doesn't do it, so it might be better to buy somewhere else.

The biggest problem and why I wouldn't recommend them is they don't care about the quality of their laptops they sell, its a buy at your own risk from them, your very much at the mercy of where they buy their products from. The only reason I wouldn't give them a lower rating is their customer service is at least ok, but doesn't even begin to cover the bad laptops this company sells. Buy at your own risk here. If you do buy do alot of research on what your buying because it'll either be good or as it was in my case a bad laptop.

Asus ROG Strix 18" [RTX 4080] - Awesome Support all the way!
I would recommend HIDevolution all the way. I bought Asus ROG Strix 18" RTX4080 and we maximized everything possible. Separate cooling for GPU, CPU, and extra memory [32gb] and 4TB of SSD storage. One more thing, I live all the way in the Bahamas, and they shipped it to me. That's an extra mile for a happy customer. Ted was the agent who helped me with everything! On top of everything I got a free backpack for this massive laptop! So CS is on point and I was never left waiting for a reply or with partial information. Kudos to HIDevolution!

HIDevolution Hidden Gem I wish I discovered sooner.
Well I wish I had found out about HIDevolution before purchasing my ASUS STRIX SCAR 18 inch elsewhere, I called and talked to Max looking for advice on additional Memory and SSD upgrades, though the conversion with Max I found out about their (TOP’s) Tuning and Optimization Service which can be done In House if you have them build your Custom Rig which I should have done or a Remote (Top’s). I purchased the remote service and scheduled with Max who was also the person Tuning my rig, Max was great to work with and went way out of his way to explain and deliver me a Screaming Machine good bye Bloatware and other Windows resource sapping services. Ordered an in-stock Flow x13 from overseas. The laptop shipped almost immediately and arrived via DHL a few days later. They tried to sell me an extra service which I refused, so I can't speak for any of their custom services.One complaint I have is that the website is pretty iffy: I had problems trying to create an account, and I never received most of the emails that I had expected, so I had to talk to a rep over online chat to get these problems resolved.That said, they did get my problems resolved pretty quickly, and other than that little hitch, everything else was fast and efficient. Solid choice and reasonable price, especially if you're outside the US.

The ordered takes about 2/3weeks because it was a specific order with the manufacturer (we can found nowhere this device). Very good experience to resume.

Fantastic First Shopping Experience with HIDevolution!
I have had one interaction with HIDevolution and it was to purchase a very rare, very difficult to find item for my ROG Ally 7 (called the XG 4090 dock). I was hesitant to purchase this item from HID because I knew nothing about them and this is a very expensive dock. That said, I reviewed their other reviews on TrustPilot and they were very positive. The only real negative review I saw was someone upset about them 'scalping' prices, etc. on hard to find items. The price of the XG 4090 dock was very reasonable to me (just slightly above retail), especially since it just came out and was very difficult to find. All that said, I took the plunge and purchased this item. I reached out to Mr. Kim right after I purchased it to confirm it would be shipped out today. He replied almost instantly confirming and was very courteous and professional. This morning, my brand new ASUS ROG XG 4090 docking station arrived for my ROG Ally 7 via FedEx overnight before 12PM. It was legit sealed and in perfect condition, packaged perfectly, and was exactly what I wanted. I am writing this review right now on it :-).Mr. Kim should be commended on his professionalism and customer service. I never once felt like he 'scalped' me (as that one reviewer said). There is a strong demand for this product, he had supply, and is a reseller. It wasn't like eBay sellers out there or folks on StockX selling products for 50-75% more than retail. The price was very reasonable and appropriate.Thank you Mr. Kim for being so professional and, honestly, not only making me a future customer but also spreading the word of your company to others in my social circle. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU for saving me from having to do the "Best Buy" and "ASUS" hunt for this. I am not about that life (lol). Take care!

I cannot recommend these people highly enough! Purchased a high-end laptop. Service was great but then spent the bit of extra money for the custom tune-up. WOW! Max spent almost an hour remoting in and tuning things I never would have thought of. Made a huge difference. Then I had some trouble with high load graphics and called back TWO MONTHS LATER. Immediately he remoted in and spent the time to investigate and fix it! Absolutely unreal service and support. I have not seen that anywhere in a company like this. 10 stars.

Highly recommend HIDevolution! I've used a competitor but HIDevolution was significantly better. Great communication from them through the whole purchase and configuration process. Very up front on what they could do to streamline Windows and drivers. Max not only called me twice regarding my choices for configurations but was also very responsive via emails. Dear Ted,How are you doing? I wanted to write to you to praise the Customer Service I received from Max your Sales Associate and Tuning and Optimization Program Specialist. He is a very patient, nice gentleman, and he was very generous with his resources and time. I basically solved the problem twice with his help remotely. Once after we reformatted the original image from the Tune Optimization Program Boot Drive I originally received, I learned when loading my old software that the Amazon App Store caused Blue Screens and Computer Crashes to my computer (something I will stay away from). And this App led to an immediate Blue Screen right after the reimage with Max was complete and he left me to load my accounts.Max is very well trained and knowledgeable in the Computer Programming and took over again upon the dawn of a new day and I went to my Mother’s computer and created a new jump drive to reload Windows 11 per his guidance remotely on her computer and video calling to get the Windows 11 22H2 loaded, and we used my newly created jump drive Max help to create to load a new version of Windows 11 22H2 on to my Thinkpad Lenovo X1 Extreme 1st Generation. Max, explained that my issue was loading an Apple App and other conflicting Apps to my PC Hard Drive. He from there tuned My Computer step-by-step the computer was good as new in the Tuning and Optimization Program Specifications, he gave me a licensed version of Abode Acrobat XI Pro and tuned it so it would never ask me to upgrade thus it will be free complimentary gift from HIDevolution.com and Max and would never be ask to turn it into a subscription Adobe Version, nor would I ever be contacted to upgrade via the internet, [Super-Thorough, ( I was so impressed )]!!He waited till Friday Evening and after all my programs were loaded and all the configurations were in place he configured the Start Menu and saved it to a Registry so I never needed to worry about it again if I needed to redo the Operating System or Reimage it was saved and gave me a new image with all my software loaded and he saved this new image to the old boot jump drive that came with Tuning and Optimization Program at HIDevolution.com, then I was told to follow through with the last step and load my files. He also installed Cyberlink Power DVD 22 and setup the best Bluray and DVD HDR Settings and the extensions and default settings for every applicable default for Cyberlink Power DVD 22. Considering he saved my computer twice and that it is as good as new now and he trained me and made me aware of the dangers of loading the wrong apps to a PC, I’d say that Max is a ‘Hero’! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for sure [I have 8 Nieces and Nephews and I can’t wait talk to your Sales Team again to get them the right computers with the Tuning and Optimization Program for these Computers, from HIDevolution.com].
