Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!!I've been using this company for a number of years - its the only place I've been able to get the Jacobs Creek wine I enjoy drinking, its been slowing disappearing off UK shelves over the years. I have always had excellent Customer Service, from when the delivery company managed to badly stack the boxes and smashed a couple (immediately replaced) to there being patchy stock and they've sent out what they could and immediately refunded the difference - no chasing or anything.Before Christmas I ordered a batch of my wine, unfortunately they could only partially fulfil as they were having trouble trying to get the stock. I did ask them to let me know if it ever came back into stock, I periodically checked in January - never in stock and then today, I got an email - they had a limited supply in stock! They did let me know!!!!
