If you're a cleaner and you get on this platform I suggest you get off I've spent over $400 with client leads that ended with nothing not even a response back. Are these even real people I have proof of all my transactions and proof where it shows none of them have reached out. Home guide did not want to help and send that they would not give me my money back. How do I even know these are real people that are requesting leads? I don't believe they are because I have reached out several times and not one response back

I tried to chat with someone, and they just gave me a runaround. "How much do you charge for leads?" I never got a low end or high end. How much is the introductory charge? They gave me another "It depends" answer with no dollar amount. TOTAL SCAM.

These folks seem to have turned criminal. I have used them for years with occasional problems but a high refund rate until the last few months.Over 7 bad leads, charges of over $700 with absolutely no response to my complaints. Wrong numbers, disconnected lines, fake names and more. Horrible.

Shana’s cleaning service was horrible she didn’t do very well between her phone and smoking she didn’t have time for cleaning she didn’t do my bedroom at all what she did do she was very sloppy cleaning around things instead of doing her best I called her and told her my thoughts she said she would come back and clean but…she didn’t Show!!! ( unprofessional)I have a very small condo and paid $150.00 for what a child could have done!!! Very disappointed I trusted this site for GOOD SERVICE

They worked hard adding French drains, removing clay dirt, adding to soil, rototilling, laying sod, adding sprinkler heads, cleaned up well each evening and went beyond what we expected. The "Pro" I was connected with was anything but a Pro.The roof opening for the attic vent fan is smaller than the fan size, thus limiting the full 1500 cfm air flow.I asked for a 2500 cfm attic vent fan and I was told that a 2500 cfm attic vent fan was installed.In reality, the "Pro" lied because a 1500 cfm vent fan was actually installed. I will never hire this "Pro"? again.

They advertise professional services and even licensed service providers but THEY DON’T CHECK OUT INFORMATION PROVIDED by any company listed! According to Home Guide customer service they don’t have time to review all the companies they list, as a result a company I thought was licensed was not. I lost $9,000.
