They banned me from their company
I placed an order from hometown hero CBD and than decided to call and ask questions about the product. I decided I wanted to cancel the order but the product was already shipped. Customer service then told me they would refund my order but that I could no longer use their website. They deactivated my account permanently so I can no no longer sign in to find the tracking details of my order or buy anything else. I have not received the refund I was told I would get.

Beware I had the unfortunate experience of giving Home town hero cbd a try.They talk a big game about “supporting veterans,” but after doing some digging, none of it adds up. It feels like a marketing gimmick, not a real mission.Thought I was treating myself to some quality gummies. What I got? A surprise bag of Delta-8 and a side of regret.The effects were off not just different, but unpleasant, borderline concerning headache, nausea, and overall discomfort. I’ve tried plenty of edibles from reputable brands before and never had a reaction like this. Something wasn’t right here.When I reached out to their support team to address the issue, I was told that “individual experiences vary. Even worse, when I asked customer support about the ingredients used in their edibles (which should be a basic question), they couldn’t give me a straight answer. That’s a huge red flag. If you’re selling ingestible products, transparency is non-negotiable.

Impossible to cancel subscriptions.
Their product is really good but you cannot cancel. The efficacy of their CBD/CBG tincture is on point. It works. HOWEVER, if you need to cancel that subscription for any reason they will ignore you. The cancel button on the website DOES NOTHING but tell you to email them to cancel and emailing them returns an auto-responder that says they aren't in the office no matter when you send it.
