This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Booked a hotel through this site. Got a confirmation. Hotel has no record of my booking. Called the hotline: gave me booking confirmation for the hotel. Hotel said its not in their system. Absolutely insane. Have to try to recover my money from the credit card company.

Would Recommend To Anyone
I just used this website and saved over $50 on the same room I had booked 3 weeks prior. They had my reservation and was able to check in 3 hours early.

It is scam
It is scam. They will say you booked twice. Might as well book at hotel.

It’s actually Priceline and a scam.
It’s actually Priceline. I got a service charge from the hotel that ended up bringing the price up to the same as the desk rate. Not the hotel’s fault out at least not the clerk’s fault. The desk clerk tried to warn me (i was at desk when I booked from HotelsInAmerica) but I didn’t understand. It’s a total scam and I didn’t see any indication that it was affiliated with Priceline. Just another abuser that should be punished, boycotted, blocklisted by the people. I’ve been tricked by yet another criminal corporation.

Canceled without notice.
At checkin was told the reservation had been cancelled. Then customer service was called and they said the hotel had cancelled the day before because of overbooking. There were rooms available though. Hotel said it had been cancelled months ago by hotelsinamerica, I had not been notified and not been reimbursed. My profile says it was cancelled today. They are messed up, would never book through them again.

Horrible scam company
Horrible scam company. Told me I could get a refund after an hour and a half on the phone after booking the wrong date, that I needed "written proof" from the hotel and once I got it, they refused to give it to me.

Don't BUY REFUNDABLE
Don't BUY REFUNDABLE - it's not actually refundable. It's more like flight insurance where you only have a claim for reimbursement if there's injury or illness.

Hotelsinamerica.com is my go to site…
Hotelsinamerica.com is my go to site for the best prices on a hotel stay. I’m able to save at least 15% if not much more on my stay every time I book. I’m surprised to see negative reviews as the site is straight forward, easy to use, and provides an immediate confirmation for the stay. I think many people don’t understand that hotels charge additional resort fees and those fees have to be paid in addition to the cost of the hotel no matter what platform you book your stay at.

Scammers. Don't do it
Made a reservation from 1 August to 3 August. The confirmation showed up with dates of 1 November to 3 November. Called the number to change it to the proper dates. The representative said they can't make changes since I purchased a non refundable reservation. I didn't want a refund. I wanted it changed to the correct dates. Afterwards, I researched them and almost every review is negative. Now, I know why

Absolutely avoid. Do not use
Absolutely avoid. Do not use. I bought a reservation, and due to circumstances out of my control, needed to cancel. I called back in less than 24 hours and they refused to refund the money. I called the hotel agreed to cancel without penalty. They suffered no monetary loss and I was punctual with my communication and provided them all the documentation. There are far better travel sites to use. HotelsInAmerica is not one of them. Save yourself the trouble

They don't give you refunds for stay…
They don't give you refunds for stay you don't use even if you paid 30 dollars for a cancellation. It had to be a reason THEY deemed excusable. I was in an emergency weather crisis in my city. A tornado hit the city knocked everyone's power out and even killed some people. My apartment ended up being partly destroyed. I had to get hotels because of it and because I did jot know how long the power was going to be out, I booked 4 nights. I only used 2 nights because the power came back on at my house so I no longer needed those days.. mind you, I'm a local, not travel from a different state. They would not give me a refund because they don't refund people who does not want or need the stay.. which does not make any sense because even if their reason was valid.. they no longer need the stay, so there should not be any reason for a refund.. just refund me MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! this is a breach. This is how these companies steal our money and become rich.. all politicians are scammers just like this company and I can't wait to speak with my lawyer on this company.

Indian Owned SCAM Operation!!!
Indian owned and a COMPLETE SCAM!!! F rating from the BBB for repeated failure to respond to valid complaints due to ripping off consumers! Watch out they also DBA “Airport Hotels Worldwide” and SCAM just as well! I've contacted my Attorney General to open a Consumer Complaint and recommend you do the same! Hopefully in time this SCAM Operation gets shutdown!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SCUM & FAKE!!
THEY ARE FAKE!!! CRIMINALS!!! SCAMMERS!!! They are "hotel reservation" touts, using fake Google Ads to fool and scam people. They don't own any hotels, but they make very stringent hotel reservation policies to steal your money!! I FOUGHT THEM FOR 6 MONTHS and finally got my refund via PayPal. They provided phony documents to PayPal to fight my claim for a refund. I contested it aggressively and finally got my refund after 6 months. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They steal your money after making a fake and canceled reservation and leave you stranded in the hotel lobby. BASTARDS!!!

0 stars if I could
0 stars if I could! Booked a room that wasn’t available. When I showed up the hotel had no idea WTF I was doing there as they had no confirmation nor any rooms available. Over 1 hour call with customer service waiting to be transferred to someone who never came in the line. NEVER EVER will book with them again.

These people suck they say last minute…
These people suck they say last minute booking bullshit but they give you a confirmation number that doesn’t work. They tell you to keep waiting but this shit blows after you travel and can’t sleep in your room. Stay clear book with hotels.com to be safe these people suck ass.

I booked before looking up reviews..SCAM
I booked before looking up reviews. When I saw the reviews I called the hotel I supposedly booked with, they had no record of my reservation. I called 7x over the course of 2 days and the call center at Hotels of America kept telling me not to worry and that the booking was confirmed. I asked them to give me the hotels actual confirmation number and they kept telling me they would speak with their travel partners and get back to me...but never did. I'm waiting for the transaction to clear the credit card and I'm having them cancel so I can book somewhere else. This place is a massive SCAM.***Update, my reservation finally went through. This site might be good if you book 2-3 days in advance but it was super stressful trying to figure out why my reservation was taking so long to process. It was 48 hours before the actual hotel could confirm they had it in their system. The call center never once returned a call. Bumping them from a 1 to a 2 star review since it worked.
