HugePOD might look like a solid POD supplier on paper, but in practice, they fall short in reliability, quality, and customer service. Between long delays, poor material, faded prints, and terrible support, I lost money and time with them. I'd strongly warn anyone considering HugePOD to think twice - especially if you’re relying on them for a business where quality and timeliness matter.
Honestly awful customer service. My order said it would take 1-3 days for production. It’s been a week and I have emailed but no reply. They sent me 1 email saying they won’t be able to ship for a bit. DO NOT USE THEM!
Stay away from HugePod!!! Customer Service = 0 star review. I have placed several orders with HugePod. Printing errors, shirts going missing, extremely long production times. And, to make up for their mistakes, the best they offered me was a lousy 2% discount ($0.40) like that would satisfy me?!. That's just for one order, the rest they didn't offer anything! Its like drawing blood from a stone.Production Times: Their website states production takes 3-7 days. I have over +10 orders that have taken 15+ days in production, which has resulted in many of my customers requesting for refunds or chargebacks. Does HugePod take any responsibility for this? You guessed it, NO? They just continue to use the same robotic apologies. For some orders I have chased them in advance to ensure my orders are on track to be shipped out in time, they repeatedly told me my order would 'prioritised' and 'expedited'. But you guessed it again, nothing happens. It's all lies, days on end go past with another delayed package and empty promises!Honestly stay away from HugePod/Tapstich, they don't value their customers, and are very happy to lie to customers. I have lost out on a lot of money to this company due to their mistakes, and they don't give a care in the world once they have my money.
I am grateful to HugePod. They have worked with me faithfully the past year to produce beautiful all-over-print cotton t-shirts. I have had zero problems. They communicate well. shipping is a bit slow but that's to be expected, you just have to inform your customers, and it's worth it. I only know one other supplier that prints all over on cotton and notice that HugePod's colors are brighter and do not fade as easily. I ordered a sample (100 percent cotton) all over print T-shirt as it seems to be the only print company that offers overall prints on 100% cotton for a reasonable price. Took a month to receive the shirt and what arrived is a shirt of cheap polyester material. This is definitely false advertising. Bait and switch tactics to get your money and send you junk! So disappointed.
I love how i can use my own designs and be creative with the way i add them on your lovely products. the quality of your products with my designs are amazing. What i don't like is how long it takes to fulfill, ship and receive orders. If you have a store or customers you will lose money do to the long wait when you are promised fast service. I guess it's do to not having enough products in the USA. Most of your products are being shipped out of Hong Kong and the shipping service go through 15 different carriers. I also realize a lot of products you have listed are empty like jeans for instance, there are not a lot of categories or different products to choose from. over all the quality of the products are great and the easy creativity is amazing. You need faster fulfillment and shipping service for Hong Kong shipments and i will rate Hugepod #1.
Avoid at all costs - Total scam. I ordered some t-shirts from them. They arrived after a wait time of about a month. They actually looked great upon arrival but as soon as I washed them, they design faded into nothingness. I told them I sold them to customers and they had all complained. I sent them photos. But they refused to give me a refund. I really wish I'd have looked at the reviews before I ordered from them. Awful company, terrible correspondence, terrible quality. A genuine scam, I doubt it'll be long before they're closed down.
It's been 7 days in a row that I actually write them an email, just to see if I get a response. No answer yet.
I am very disappointed with Hugepod. This was supposed to be my first order. I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now and have already inquired three times if they can at least give me a delivery date, but unfortunately, hugepod can't even manage that. Once and never again.
Stay away.I paid extre 100 dollars for express shipping And got the shirt more then a month after and they wouldnt refund the shpping.
Ordered shirts over a month ago and still no product , will never use this company again made shirts for a trip and never came in on time …. I also made 2 separate orders and the second order gets here but not the first order very disappointed by your company ..:(
One star only for a good website, otherwise the worst unprofessional people, I start my business, first time with them, and it was the worst experience I ever had, the first order it’s late, the second it was out of stock, and they informed me after two days and the third also out of stock and they informed me after three days. I don’t even know what they have so far away from them especially if you just start the business.
First there was a period of time in which their shipments ran up to 10 days late but I didn't say a thing because I know that bad things happen sometimes. Then.. during/after the Christmas rush I received dozens of complaints and refund requests because their sizes were running way too small. I'm not even going to get into my attempts to get some kind of compensation for having to issue all those refunds, not to mention the damage it's done to my "on-time" score, my satisfaction ratings and the good name and reputation of my shop in general. Stay away!!

Over £1,000 wasted and no help even getting my (late) express shipping money back.DO NOT DO BUSINESS Joe the boss awful breaking promises. Said I would get refund. Instead ignored me. Reply like bots, no one at the place has ain’t brain cells.Sort your company out Joe
Their service is slow. Always great at taking payment but as far as delivery it sucks. If you want your delivery to arrive on time. Don't use them. And their refund process is slow as well as a lousy discount for their inconvenience they only give a lousy discount if you do another order. Crappy service. And their English is bad. They don't give refunds.
