Wow...that's all I really have to say about them, they were very nice over the phone and helped me through every step. I am a very stubborn guy and their patience really shined through, if this is how they treat every customer then they will be very successful!
ADT Installer Technician was very informative and professional about installing my home and business alarm systems. He did same day service for my house and my business with ADT alarm monitoring systems. Highly recommended if someone is looking for service.

ADT has great customer service! The sales representative knew exactly what I needed. Security in my home to protect my family and that was given to me during my alarm installation that took no time to be competed. It was a quick yet very thorough process. My technician was very knowledgable of his service. I highly recommend anyone to install an alarm system and especially with ADT. They have exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the day of installation. Charlie, my installer, was very knowledgable and so patient with me when I asked him ALL my questions. Awesome service!

The ADT staff was very helpful and informative. Not pushy or too busy to answer any of your questions or concerns. Never thought that we would ever need a security system in the quiet neighborhood we live in but I'm sure no one expects the unexpected. I feel so much safer knowing we have ADT just in case. I had a great experience with the ADT installer. He did a nice clean install and ran all the wires clean. He explained all of my options and their benefits without trying to get me to buy things I didn't need. The installer also patiently taught me how to use my system. I would not hesitate to go with ADT in the future.
