I accidentally selected the wrong pickup time while booking my rental car for Los Angeles. I messaged Infinity Travel Mate support assuming it would take hours to fix, but they replied in 10 minutes and updated everything.Because of that, I avoided extra charges from the rental company. Their support team honestly saved me money and stress.
Shocking experience! I couldn't see my Alaska flight online and looked up Alaska--called this number---which was Infinity Travel Mate, but didn't know it. I asked questions and was told I had to pay $80 for boarding passes. I couldn't understand why, but I was desperate and then called them back because I was with my mother in a city away from home and we needed to get back. It was only AFTER I gave him my credit card, I realized I was NOT talking to Alaska Airlines and that I had been scammed. I told him not to use my card and immediately cancelled my credit card. So disgusting to lure people into thinking they are talking to Alaska Airlines. Boo!
I really appreciate how they helped me to get an urgent flight.
