Customer Service/Knowledge Needs Improving...
Had to call back several times trying to find out the answer to a simple Yes/No question about my new homeowner's insurance policy. The agent kept complaining about the fact that the policy was more than 60 pages long and could not "for sure" answer the question. I got contradictory information and one time I was even advised to open a claim and see if the item was covered or not. Totally disappointed. I am the layman and they are or should be the specialist - is insurance not their business?
