I grabbed the Life Watch last year for my dad as a Christmas gift, saw it on an infomercial. They had the opportunity to grab two, so one for me and one for him. It turned out to be the best gift ever! Not only does it help us monitor our vitals, but we race each other on our daily step count. He’s never beat me, but I like the competition. Appreciate this great product and extra fun with my pops!
Over the years, I’ve grabbed some of my favorite as seen on tv products from InvenTel. Any time I had an issue, it was easy to call in and have a replacement sent out. You could return or exchange anything at anytime, which seems very unlikely. They have a special section at my local Walmart too!
Customer Service.Called to ask for help as the Screen says "No Card" and a card is installed. Operator says they will call me!
I bought 3 of the HD mirror cams for my family members for Xmas after having one of my own for a while. Only 1 of the 3 work properly. One has an upside-down video and the menu words are backwards. The other came on with the intro screen and never went past that; now it's blank. The reset button didn't correct either problem. Intel said a technician will call me back, but nothing so far. I bought it over 60 days ago, so they said I can't return them. I would not buy this product again.UPDATE: the tech called back and just told me to keep pushing the reset button. No repairs are possible. They will not refund or replace them. Now I just have 2 expensive paperweights.
Order the dash cams. Was billed and never received them. Sent an email, 3 weeks later got a reply with more questions which I answered. 2 weeks later still nothing. The confirmation/tracking information was fake. Now I am having to go through my CC company to get my money back.
Consumers have reached out to BBB with reports that they are being charged before products ship (sometimes multiple unauthorized charges). Consumers have also reported failure to provide timely refundsCURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESSI have been trying to return my antenna with them and have received false information about a return label so now I believe they are trying to procrastinate until my 60 days are up and it just pisses me off. Now they are telling me to call them with my tracking number. How do people like this even stay in business. People end up hurting someone over money. All this is information I copied and pasted from the BBB to this page to make everyone aware of the business before they get got by them. Please beware. Don't buy from them you do not need there antenna to use on a HDTV TELEVISION IT'S A HOAX.
