Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, I sold my property via invisible homes to a quality and serious buyer in a very quick period of time. I think portals have become a little stale with unfocused buyers and Invisible Homes offers a fresh approach which really works for both parties.

Do they know how to read?
I registered on the site as a prospective buyer, on the basis of the excellent reviews on Trustpilot. In accordance with the instructions on the site, I provided clear details of my requirements, starting with the fact that I was looking for a freehold house with no management fees. Invisible Homes promptly auto-generated a list, consisting of 3 flats!

Hi Melissa! So sorry about that. There’s a bug in the system and it is currently ignoring the flats/ houses preference. It’s very annoying! We’re trying to fix it but it’s taking longer than we expected. We have a completely new platform going live in a few weeks which will be a big step up. But no excuse for how it is right now. Very responsive
Very responsive, with an excellent portfolio. Christine in particular is very diligent in setting up meetings with Vendor’s agents and picks good properties for me to review. What I like best is the care they take to find what could be suitable, and her friendliness. Makes what is very fraught process less so.

Christine at Invisible homes is extremely helpful, it was so refreshing to have suitable properties 'for sale' sent directly to me which are not currently on the open market. An excellent trailer made service, I highly recommend using. Plus it will save you hours of trawling around estate agents and it does not cost you a penny!

Excellent, efficient and super friendly

As a property finder often looking for off market properties, I find Christine and Invisible Homes to be most helpful in sending me relevant properties according to my search and connecting speedily with the associated agents. Invisible Homes are true to their name.
True to their name, Invisible Homes really are invisible They offered me no homes in my first search up to 600k and just a handful up to one million pounds. Too little choice.

A Refreshing Change
Mark and Justin have both been extremely helpful and efficient, and have done a great job at guiding us through the house-buying process, as well as recommending contractors and giving great advice. Invisible were great. Mark and Tom worked hard at all stages outperforming the lawyers on both sides. It almost felt that nothing would ever happen without Tom driving it. I would recommend Invisible to anyone looking to buy or sell.
