Seashell box is very attractive
Seashell box is very attractive. Although the item was well wrapped and protected, a seashell fell off the box and one corner was a bit scuffed. Label was created about 3 days before UPS actually received the item for shipping.

Trim freak!
I love the selection of trim to choose from! This business is bad ass! The only complaint I have is when you buy trim it comes shorter than 8 feet lengths. If feasible, options of 8,10, or maybe even 12’ would be awesome instead 7’ 10” crap. That is so annoying other than that I will continue to do business with them always. Love this company

Slow to shipp/ Beatiful fireplace
The fireplace would not work in any room but in a fair sized room or bigger it is truly amazing looking. I'm proud to have it in my home. My installer informed me it arrived without the hardware that the drictions stated. They bought the hardware that of course I paid for. We expected the item to arrive at least a week earlier that led to issues with our installers. All in all it's an impressive looking piece of art.

Misrepresentation of product
Misrepresentation of productI ordered 3 porthole mirrors in a size medium after speaking with a customer service representative who assured me that the color was the identical to those on the website. The mirrors I received were a bright gold vs. a bronze color. They've offered to accept a return after penalizing me $250 for restocking and shipping both ways.
