My bike was advertised as capable of 55 miles per charge; I only achieved 12 on lowest assist level on roads with average gradient. Given problems of returning it and after many emails, I accepted a 10% refund an additional battery. I’m not sure it was a good compromise.

I bought a GT2 back in September, I had difficulty because I didn't have any knowledge about those electric device. The customer service was and is always kind and fast response. They offer help far beyond what I ask. I am very happy with the GT2 is sturdy and even as a beginner I feel safe in the road and in my of road trip. I go alot in dirt dry or wet and into forest . The GT2 is fast reacting and easy to ride. .With isinwheel you will not be left alone, if you have a problem they will be there as same as if you simply ask a question. . Isinwheel also provide spare part for there products and that is a big big plus! 👍 Their products have a very good quality/price ratio. Just make sure to choose a model that is suited for the use you want to make of it. Very good quality for a very reasonable price. Go for it! Thanks isinwheel

Extremely Disappointed with Faulty Product and Poor Customer ServiceI am very frustrated with my experience with Isinwheel. I received a faulty product that has been overheating, the battery drains rapidly, and it was not as advertised. From the beginning, it was clear the product was defective.I reached out to customer service expecting help, but the response times were incredibly slow. At one point, I had to wait eight days just to get a reply. After weeks of back-and-forth with no real resolution, they have now completely stopped responding and are refusing to support me.I feel ignored and let down. I bought this product in good faith, and instead of addressing the issue, they’ve chosen to avoid responsibility.I would not recommend purchasing from Isinwheel. The product quality and customer service have both been extremely disappointing.
Still waiting on a refund for a scooter that was picked up on the 11th July customer service is shocking and non existent
My first impressions on this company are honestly not great but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as I fully understand certain things are not within there control. Such as currently I have waited more than 5 days for an order that is advertised as "1 day delivery from west Bromwich" meanwhile the item is saying its at the "International Hub" which for starters I'm sure is in Coventry. thats roughly 1-2 hours for it to travel from there to a warehouse or the courier (XL Courier) who have been fantastic in answering my messages via WhatsApp and letting me know they don't even have my parcel yet just the information for it.I have currently been waiting in every single one of those days expecting it to be delivered in the advertised time however to no avail. Not to mention the order tracking... which only updates once every 6-12 hours via the official link iSinwheel gave me.Now their support... thats a whole other story they never answer emails, calls get ignored however I managed to reach through to them once but after that I haven't heard back in daysAgain I am more than understanding that things happen and isn't always in there control however they should not be advertising delivery deadlines if they cannot keep up to them and they should not advertise 24/7 support if they cannot even reply.I have every intention of changing this rating if things improve over the next 24-48 hours as i really want to give them a chance at redemption as their products seem amazing and have great reviews both online and on YouTube.I have seen them reply to reviews and ask for order IDs and mine is as follows"ISW16540UK"
I have had a scooter for less than a month the scooter has not been welded correctly and the handle is not connected. I have not been able to get contact via email or phone call as it is just ringing out.

I love my isenwheel GT1 the only problem I had was the accelerator screw wouldn't tighten and although it still worked isenwheel sent me a new one free and a helmet for the inconvenience. They were very helpful and fixed the issue very quickly. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a great experience.
