Great Customer Service with Jacob Sunroom
I purchased a home that had an existing sunroom from Jacob attached to the back of the house. I transferred the warranty and have had minimal issues with the sunroom since I moved in approx. 18 months ago. Recently I saw some rust from humidity on the outside of the sunroom where Jacob attached a small patio area. At first I was told this was not warrantied, but when I questioned Jacob about this they reconsidered and are coming out to my home after the Christmas holidays to take care of the small areas of rust. The only other issue I had was the lock on the sliding glass door leading out to the patio had stopped working and it was only due to settling, etc...so they immediately came out and completed some adjustments and it works great. Jacob made it a priority to come out the same day since this was a lock issue on the exterior part of my home. On January 27, 2025, The rep came out from Jacob Sunroom, cleaned up the areas on my porch and sunroom that I was concerned about. Then he explained what type of cleaners I could use in the future if the build up reappears. I am very pleased with Jacob Sunroom.
