My last shipment which was the stackable make up set the eye shadow was not the color had been shown at the time of ordering.

I have mature skin and have tried ALL the foundation products touted by others on the internet for this type skin. The very day I switched to JA, I had women ask me what I was doing for skin care because my face "glowed". (I'm 68) The only thing I had changed was my foundation to JA.

I am having a very hard time returning…
I am having a very hard time returning this product. I have tried to contact the support team and I get one response that they’ll get back to me and they never respond. All I want to know is how to return the product. I’m not happy with the color, I even tried calling the customer service number The phone rings and then it hangs up. I would have to say returning this product has become a headache. I don’t think I would be able to recommend this place to anyone. This should not be this hard to return something if they could please let me know how to return it and where to send it to. As far as the product goes, their colors are way too light and do not match my medium skin tone. I have tried two different colors in my tone and they’re not working. The customer service team here is terrible. Hopefully they will respond to my last email that I sent. I think they’re kind of hoping that the 30 days pass so now I can’t return it which I think it has. Lol

Sheer but Buildable
Getting older is challenging when it comes to skin care & makeup. There are numerous brands; some oldies but goodies , many geared toward younger gals. So when the opportunity to try Jerome Alexander ‘s foundation spray crossed my email, I was more than happy to try it. As a very fair blonde, I look for coverage with a light consistency and blend carefully for no lines . I hit the jackpot ! OMG ! Stop what you are doing & shop, my friends. My skin glows with a dewy finish and just the right amount of coverage. I use a separate brush to apply to lids and under eyes. PLUS …. The brush that comes with the foundation is perfect and foundation is perfect . Love this foundation.

The first time I used this was great this time my order was disappointing ordered the combo it looked so dry all my small wrinkles showed even more. You must have changed your formula. Will not use it and I’m certainly dissatisfied.

No customer service
I reached out due to issues with delivery. I still havent heard from anyone. As a first time buyer, Im really disappointed. The delivery finally showed up Monday 2/23/26. Not that the company seems to care. I havent even opened it to be honest. I bought the primer, foundation and setting spray. So I spent a good chunk of money. My mind is blown that no one has reached out, even just to confirm that the shipment did finally arrive.
