Chronically misses deadlines | No integrity
I hired Jessica M. Williams Consulting to update my resume, and she said it would be ready in about 1 week.The week came and went, wasn't ready.She picked a second date, missed that deadline.She said another date, missed it again.Rather than it taking 1 week, she took 4 weeks to deliver the resume. I felt like I had to follow up with her several times because she would not initiate any communication, very reactive and unproductive.She may have good endorsements or client success testimonials, but after working with this woman.I can attest from personal experience she does not operate out of integrity. There is not a clear relationship between words and actions.She misses her own deadlines, and she doesn't even bother with initiating a response to the client. This put me in the "chaser" role.Clearly, she has no financial incentive to "get work done" if she's already received 100% of the payment upfront.When I finally got the resume back, all she did was copy/paste my bullet points into a new template. Talk about bare minimum effort. Tweaking 2-3 words, here or there. No real value. She just said my existing resume was terrific.I do not recommend hiring Jessica M. Williams for any career coaching service or resume updates or LinkedIn coaching.
