My Phsycatrist has helped me soo much, I finally feel life I have grasp of my life again
Booked a session to get diagnosed and treated for ADHD. I told my primary doctor no anxiety meds help, she said likely due to untreated ADHD. She did refer me to someone but in proper ADHD fashion I procrastinated for a year and lost the referral. I thought Id try an online option now and have major regrets. The therapist I saw through blossom told me that despite showing signs of ADHD my anxiety is so severe they don't want to diagnose for ADHD, despite me saying ADHD came first, anxiety is recent, since I lost my dad. They told me that only something like bipolar would cause the meds to not work but that I don't show any symptoms of that. She refused to acknowledge that untreated ADHD can cause anxiety and also can also cause anxiety meds not to work. Anyone looking to get mental health treatment knows how hard it is to take that step and get seen and though I had a conversation I was NOT SEEN. Their quizzes are like 8 questions long and do not account for me having to live with ADHD for years and obviously figured out some coping mechanisms on my own.Although that was a waste of time but decided to try therapy. They sent a link via text and it didn't work. So they sent another and I booked an appointment but it didn't say until after that it was with the same person. So I canceled immediately and got charged for the cancelation despite it being within minutes and a mistake on their end. They wouldnt refund unless I booked another appointment. I disputed with my bank and canceled my card. HORRIBLE experience and customer care. This is NO WAY TO TREAT PATIENTS ALREADY STRUGGLING. Eta- Provider specifically said "you dont present any bipolar symptoms" there was no negative reaction toward that. I absolutely agreed. I however disagree that the provider suggested untreated ADHD does not cause anxiety as there is PLENTY of documentation that it does. Maybe your providers need updated education.
I had such an incredible experience. They helped me more than I can put into words. They have such a comforting presence and made me feel safe, understood, and at ease. Truly makes the entire experience feel empowering and supportive.
George Mckenzie-Dajic has been a thoughtful and incredibly helpful provider for a patient diving into mental health care for the first time. He is considerate, contemplative and validating in all aspects; taking time to listen to, acknowledge, and address all concerns. I feel confident in my care to date and leave each appointment with a clear understanding of next steps and plan of action. I would recommend him for anyone, but specifically first-time patients unfamiliar with this process and seeking out a practitioner who has made it feel seamless.
From the time I found Blossom until the time of my diagnosis, it was about 2.5 weeks. The best part of the entire thing was being believed and understood. I feel like Grant genuinely cares. I'm so glad I contacted them!
The dr is very professional and nice!
Great and quick customer service. Love my doctor and how effective she has been- was hesitant at first being virtual but only good things to say
Robin was helpful, took my symptoms seriously, asked lots of questions and offered several options to move forward. She sent me research after the call to help me make the best, most informed decision. Highly recommend!
Thoroughly listened to my concerns and helped me break down what is most bothersome in my routine. Very hopeful for my future finally!
Excellent my doctor hit everything right on point. I’m very pleased and my blood pressure has been excellent.
Elina is amazing, thoughtful, and explains everything in an easy way to understand, which is super helpful. I am truly grateful for taking a chance with Blossom. It has made a world of difference in my perfectly imperfect world. Thank you
My experience was decent at first but I came into some money struggles and needed to stop my treatment. They took $50 from me for canceling the appointment same day. An appointment I was canceling because I didn't have the $15 copay. That was my last $65 and I needed it to eat. I won't be going back.
Doctor is very informative and I feel confident with my care.
Both the Aetna website and your website show that you are a provider for Aetna Medicare Advantage Signature HMO and accept my insurance, yet when I go through your "get started" process and get to the end (after choosing an appointment time), it shows that you do not accept Medicare or Medicaid! Disappointing!
My Dr is great. She is thoughtful and really listens. This whole experience has been new for me, I was nervous at first, but I'm glad I gave it a try.
I can’t get my prescription and that said it’s blossoms fault
If I could give 10 stars, I would! My practitioner has quite literally changed my life! I recommend friends to Blossom and they too have had nothing but positive experiences! I feel beyond blessed that I am finally being heard and I am getting treatment for ADHD, which I've been suffering from for 53 years. My life has had a COMPLETE turnaround. I cannot recommend this service enough! If you're on the fence, jump! You won't be sorry.
She made me so comfortable. Very easy to talk to. I will be seeing her again!
This is a very nice service. I feel very supported.
