I love the product miracle balm
I love the product, its clean, straightforward and simple. I am not a big make up person, but with her products, I know I am still me and not someone else. i love bobbi, from her previous products so when i saw jones road coming, i was happy. I wish you could open shops in europe, I live near Milano.

Horrible customer experience
Zero customer care. My products were ordered 17 days ago, understanding there would be a slight delay due to our recent northeast snow storm, I was initially understanding. I looked again last week and the order had not moved. I looked again last nigh and decided to contact Jones Road; I received an automatic email that said someone would get back to me in 3-5 days. What?!? This is not my first time with a negative Jones Road shipping experience. I paid for expedited FedEx shipping on my last order, it took 4 days to leave the warehouse and 3 days to arrive at my doorstep. That's not expedited. It's a good product but not worth the hassle or the wait. As a result I found an equally good alternative that I can get a Sephora.

Miracle Balms are EVERYTHING!!!!
If you are looking for an all natural look this product is it!!!! The miracle balms are amazing!!!! I started with two shades and ended up buying 6 different shades. I also bought the foundation but I’m not big on foundations so I will save it for a special event if I need more coverage. This line is a must have for those who prefer a minimal make up look. If you need more coverage this line is not for you.

Horrible Customer Service - Beware
I received the wrong color foundation. I reached out to their customer service several times for help in exchanging and refunding, and received no response. They’re great at reaching out to join the Facebook group and boost sales for free, and terrible when they have to actually provide support. And their ads are everywhere. Maybe that time, energy and money could be spent addressing returns and exchanges. I do not recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought 3 products from this company. Loved two of them. However the 3rd one didn't smell right. I was given an immediate refund. There was also supportive dialogue between myself and the customer service person. A trustworthy company.

Very greasy.
I bought the tanning cream but I found it really heavy & awfully greasy. I ouldnt wait to wash it off. It’s expensive for something so awful.

fantastic. I LOVE the What the Foundation. have never found even a tinted moisturizer that melts into the skin like this- you cannot see it sitting on the surface, but it evens things out. I love it. The company is amazing, as I didn't love the miracle balm on first try and they refunded me. They let me keep the product and I ended up using it again...SMART marketing idea bc now I'm a miracle balm junkie and will but more colors. The scent is essential oils! It disappated after a bit, but I really like it now that I am used to it. Also, the tackiness goes away shortly after application if you apply too much. It's so good. They are always helpful and I love to support Bobbi Brown even in this little way. She's awesome.

Full amount paid, no products
I ordered 3 foundations a month ago, the money has been deducted from my account and I haven't recieved any package. The tracking link shows no progress. I've reached out to customer service 3 times and only gotten hold of a bot. Can't get through to a human to solve the matter. Hence I'll see if writing here makes a difference, so I can either get my money back or the products.

CAVEAT EMPTOR
I’ve been trying to return or exchange Just Enough Foundation since the December Holiday season & am getting absolutely NOWHERE with Jones Road. Their website states that they will get back to me “usually in one business day”. I’ve contacted them 7 times to rectify the problem. Eventually, After 2 months, they finally responded to me..thanking me for “reaching out”. They did not address the problem. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have purchased a multitude of product from them for self & daughters and have had mostly a good experience with JR. But with their shoddy treatment of a customer in good standing, I will be looking elsewhere for my cosmetics

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, wish I had read the reviews first!No phone number. I have a gel eyeliner which I believe is faulty.it has no depth of pigment and flakes on application. The first response was a tip on how to load the brush! As I explained I have another in a different colour and it hasn’t got this problem, I felt that unnecessary advice. I was asked for photos for “evidence “ and batch number and they would “see what they could do “ Since submitting the photos requested have had no replies to 3 more emails. So they sell substandard products and then ignore so that they don’t have to deal with it. I also bought a powder shadow which shattered into crumbs after a couple of uses. It irritates my eyes. As a long time user of Bobbi Brown products, very disappointed in this brand. I won’t be buying again.

It’s been a game changer discovering this superb product line!
I love everything about Jones Road Beauty.  Phenomenal customer service, they mean it when they say satisfaction guaranteed. Superb quality in every product that I have purchased and I have bought a lot over the last couple of years. Switching to this product line has been a game changer for my early 50’s skincare routine. My favorites include: miracle balm in most colors but especially Au Natural for base, just a sec for eyes, shadow sticks, brow pencil and shimmer oil. Customer service has been phenomenal from start to finish and even beyond when I’ve had questions!

What I did and didn't like
What I did and didn't like: they sent an extra color, I didn't order. But I liked it so I kept it. The au naturel doesn't look like the pictures. My hair was sticking to my face, however I added a little vail powder on top and that worked without taking that fresh look away. It's extremely easy to use and last a long time. You don't have to use a lot and the cheek and lip tint looks perfect because it doesn't go on heavy like a powders and lipstick. The sent is amazingly calming and nice, without fading. It makes your skin feel so soft and fresh, without clogging your pores. Removal is very easy as well. Overall, it's my go to makeup all the time. So happy with my purchases.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I purchased the roll up moisturiser which was damaged on opening. Emailed the company twice with accompanying photo of damaged product. No reply. Ended up claiming back a refund through PayPal. I can forgive a damaged product.. it happens..but poor customer service from a high end brand is not good enough. Won’t buy from them again.

Your products are exceptional! I am 75. WTF and your Miracle Balm are so moist and natural looking. Also purchased the Dusty Rose kit. I love it! Hope you consider making mini travel versions of your Miracle Balm.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
I was a longtime fan of Bobbi Brown, so I was genuinely excited to try Jones Road Beauty. Unfortunately, after just one use, my entire face erupted into the most severe rash I’ve ever experienced. It was immediate, painful, and alarming. Weeks later, I’m still dealing with the aftermath and trying to repair my skin.What’s even more concerning than the reaction itself is the complete lack of response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times explaining exactly what happened and asking for help, and I have received no reply whatsoever. When a customer reports a serious skin reaction, the bare minimum should be acknowledgment and concern.It’s incredibly disappointing and honestly alarming that a brand built on trust and “clean” beauty would ignore a customer describing this kind of experience. Between the severe reaction and the silence from their support team, I cannot recommend this brand.Buyer beware — I strongly suggest avoiding this company.
