Solved a problem for me. What more can I ask?
To be clear, these reviews relate to Peddle.com. I completed my transaction with this company in one day, and received multiples of what I expected for my car (which required a transmission rebuild, at more than it’s value, even if it drove). The quite was easy and binding. The pickup occurred within 4 hours of the quote and was handled professionally. I’m not sure of the financial arrangement between Peddle and the contractors who actually pick up (and I assume, dispose of, the cars) but the check comes from Peddle and it cleared in due course. For those with bad experiences, it seems that Peddle is responsive, so I would encourage the customer to reach out and, if resolved, to leave a follow-up comment to know whether it is resolved. That only seems fair. For me, it was a good experience with a problem that I could not, by myself, fix.

Peddle is a FRAUD!!
Is not easy and is not legitimate!!! I was trying to sell my mini van that drives and everything and I got an offer of $890 online and when they came to pick up the car (not even with a towing truck) the mosy ghetto guy (was not even wearing shoes) made some calls and ask for just $150 which is a huge difference from the online offer. When I said no, without saying a word got in the car and left. Please look somewhere else to sell your car.

I was disappointed. I will say, it was an easy process. However, I feel the person who picked up my car low-balled me at the last minute. I answered all the questions about my car online. I had a 19 year old Envoy, 145k miles with rust. They quoted $545, which seemed reasonable to me. The company was good about follow thru scheduling a pick up. The guy came, and the ONLY thing he did was look to see if the original exhaust was on the vehicle. After 19 years, would ANYONE really expect the original exhaust? Of course it didn't have the original exhaust! Because of that the guy said he would only give $400 for the car. If this was a legitimate concern, it should have been an initial question, so the quote could have been accurate! As is, Peddle just sent me a receipt stating I received $545!! NOT SO!! VERY disappointed with the sale.

First, definitely not a scam. I think some people don't understand google search terms etc...This is my 2nd time using this service as I keep my cars until the bitter end. I again was offered more $ here than at trade-in. I received my quote online which was followed up w a call to schedule pick-up. Driver handed me a check, we signed title and it's gone! IT WAS LITERALLY THAT SIMPLE. No scams, no negotiating at pick-up....

Great experience - No issue - Same day service
Great experience with the service. I went through the online questions and received my instant quote. I accepted the offer and was connected by a hauler immediately. We agreed on a time later in the afternoon, he called when he was on his way and again when he arrived. Very pleasant driver picked up my car and was gone in 15mins. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend this service to everyone!

If you search our company name, you are made to think you are clicking a link to our website in the search results because of the fraudulent title. JUNKMYCAR.COM IS A SCAM. PEDDLE.COM IS A SCAM..ADDED 11/20/2020. I have screenshot images to prove that yes. Peddle.com is 100% infringing and copying our business name on google adwords. I am willing to send this proof to anyone that would like to see how a crooked and desperate company like junkmycar.com conducts business.

Probably the easiest and most efficient way to sell or junk your vehicle. Was given an offer which was completely reason. Tow truck driver called ahead twice in 15 minute intervals. Definitely a positive experience

Convenient, saved me some headache
Great service! Was looking for some fast and convenient and got just what I wanted. The last thing I wanted to do was pay someone to come take my old Accord. Having just got a new car, I wasn’t ready to dump even more into the old bucket o bolts. But I was recommended this service through a family member, and the whole process was super quick and easy! They offered me a good amount for the car, despite its rough shape. The tow truck driver was really nice and straight to business. I greatly appreciate this service! I’m very satisfied!

I don't have rating but had to click at least one star. I'm debating...the problem I see is not actually signing the title over to THEM. They do not sign it, but YOU have to sign, which opens up problems for tickets and extra costs which YOU will have to pay because it will still be registered in YOUR name if they never registered the vehicle..??? Sounds sketchy to me.

This is not a trust-able company. The whole company is designed to scam you. They make you think your doing business with local junk yard when your not. They offer you peanuts for you car, and then get paid sell those cars to local junk yards for more then what they offered and you could have just called your local yard and got way more money for your car. Its all bologna from this company.

This was one of the easiest processes I’ve ever done! There are several companies out there like this but I can guarantee this one is the way to go! I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Anthony, he was super friendly and extremely patient. Upon receiving my information they called immediately. Within a few days I had the offer I wanted, check in hand and a tow truck on its way! If you’re skeptical don’t be, you’ll get your beat price here, I did!

Filled out the online info for junking my 1997 Nissan on Thursday night and tow truck driver arrived Friday morning and hand me $230. Fast, easy and polite. I will use them again to junk my used cars.

If I can give zero stars I would. I’ve scheduled a pick-up time between 8AM-12PM on a Wednesday. I was also informed that the driver would give me a call prior to pick up between the time frame. Not one call... I end up calling Peddle to see the status of the pick up they end up transferring me over to somewhere else and provided me some stock # to give that customer service rep. Now they’ve informed me that the driver is still on its way and will call between 2pm-3pm and what you know still no call and still no pick up. Called once again and was informed to wait another hour!! This is crazy and ridiculous. I honestly just want to get rid of this junk car on my driveway & they can’t seem to do it. I'm at the point where I don't even want the money and just want to the car gone. Be warned don't use this service unless you have all the free time in the world.

Crooks, including tow truck driver. They bait & switch; offered $550.00. I gave accurate detailed description of Dodge Caliber. First, tow driver did not show up with scheduled appointment. The following day, we rescheduled a second time. Tow truck drive arrive, vehicle had not been starting in a while & had to be jumped. Vehicle started & ran fine. I was told because it need a battery & it did not. Battery less than a year old, under warranty. Given battery as the reason offer dropped to $200.00. Totally unacceptable & a waste of my time. Very dishonest! Anyone attempting to do business with them; will regret it.
