Extremely Disappointed with Just Grillin - Poor Product and Unprofessional ServiceI have never left a negative review for a company, but my experience with Just Grillin has been so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and quality service, and unfortunately, Just Grillin has failed on both counts.We hired Just Grillin to install two fire features in our backyard, and despite paying nearly $30,000, these features have never fully worked as intended. From the start, it seemed like the owners and management were more concerned with collecting their money than ensuring we had a fully functional product. When issues arose, rather than taking responsibility, they made me feel as though I was the one doing something wrong.To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to film the fire features for their marketing purposes, despite knowing they were not functioning properly. When we hosted a house warming party for our new home, the fire feature did not work. When we hired a videographer to capture our newly renovated backyard, the fire features didn't work at all again. I reached out to Just Grillin for help, expecting them to stand by their product and warranty. Instead, I was given a list of troubleshooting steps to try myself. When these steps failed, I was told that the earliest they could schedule a service visit was in a month and that I would be charged a $250 service fee plus $150 per hour, despite these features being under warranty. Their justification? I had previously mentioned that the features had worked briefly at one point.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of concern for client satisfaction is unacceptable. After completing a massive renovation of our home, Just Grillin is the one vendor who has not stood by their product. When I suggested that I might leave a negative review or consider legal action to protect my rights as a consumer, I was accused of threatening them, and they said they would no longer communicate with me.I take no pleasure in leaving this review, but I believe it is absolutely warranted. The ownership of Just Grillin deserves to be held accountable for their poor service and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this company.
