Very personable trainers, always available for questions and problem solving whether related to diet, fitness or managing injuries. Very supportive and knowledgable, especially understanding the life of a nurse!
Before I started JBF, I was depressed, desperate, confused and afraid to eat. I had put on weight and lost my fitness due to the usual mid 50s life experiences related to menopause, work stress and caring for elderly/ dying parents. I had tried multiple weight loss diets/programs and was exercising without success. I was mentally broken down by the diet culture and was looking for a way to regain my mental health, my physical fitness and to be leaner and stronger. Thank goodness for JBF!! This program was the life coaching, nutritional education and physical fitness/training program I was looking for!! I was able to lose 30lbs in 6 months and 15 inches from my bust, waist and hips. Even better I gained strength, physical fitness and nutritional understanding. I am confident that I now have the tools to successfully manage my weight from this point forward and I am excited to have the physical platform to continue my fitness journey. I have been super happy with my experience and so grateful that I took the leap of faith to join up with JBF! Best decision ever!!
The entire team was so knowledgeable and willing to help with any of our unexpected life challenges along the way. I can truly say that if the weight were ever to come back I can tackle it with confidence and no fear of falling into a weight loss trap. We have inherited life long lesson as well as friends 🧡
I found Justin Bauer fitness when I had just about given up on losing weight. During the pandemic I had put on 35lbs. I am a traveling healthcare person and I was working long hours in cities far from home by myself. I needed outlets that weren't available at this time and I began a downward spiral with my weight. Prior to this time I was going to the gym 3-4 times per week but with gyms closing, the stress of my job, and being away from home, I began to substitute food for everything. I was exhausted every day. In February 2024, I was so unhappy with the way I looked and I started searching online for options and motivation to get back in shape. this is when I found Justin Bauer Fitness. I visited there website along with other online health coaches but I was continually drawn back to Justin Bauer. I finally decided to make the call in late February. During that call I learned about the philosophy of the team and decided I needed to do it. I can truly say it was the best decision I could of made. I was connected with an online trainer who not only helped me with my eating but also gave me progressive workout plans and was there for moral and emotional support. I have lost 30lbs since that call. I have learned how to eat properly, not diet, I found exercise that I love and can do for the rest of my life and to begin to feel comfortable in my skin again. I appreciate Justin and my trainer Christine for all of the tools they have given me. This is not the end of my journey but the beginning.
I started this almost a year ago and am down 2 sizes, 20 lbs, and 6in off my waist! What I like the most is the personalization of the coaches, all bodies aren't the same and my workouts and meal plans are made for me and my lifestyle. The support no matter if there was a good week or a bad week makes my journey that much easier. What I like the most is this is not a "fad" diet, its a lifestyle change and I'm seeing a positive change in my kids as well. They want to work out with me, they are excited to try new foods and they are getting stronger and making better food choices as well. JFB gives you the tools to take the weight off, keep it off and be stronger. They are so supportive and never negative towards your goals, even when I stumble they are there for a phone call to help get me back on track. I've found a community of people with similar goals and the group is supportive no matter what my journey brings, THANK YOU!!!
Honestly, what made the biggest difference was the personal connection to my coach. Trust is hard enough to build, face to face, especially with issues as personal as weight loss, health and fitness. Establishing that personal connection and building the trust required to meet my goals through an online connection was virtually impossible. So, when I first saw Justin's website, I didn't have plans of signing up for the program... not till I came to the place where it offered to schedule an actual PHONE CALL consultation. After that call, his knowledge, energy and enthusiasm for health and fitness, his desire to help and his passion for people were so evident that I knew Justin was the real deal! I signed up for his program and not only did I learn life changing habits, regain my confidence and self-esteem, and lose a total of 43 lbs in three months... I gained a life long coach, mentor and friend. I'm so thankful to Justin for coming into my life... He did the one thing that no other coach or trainer has ever done, online or in person... He made a personal connection and didn't just see me as a "client," or a "$"... THAT'S how trust is built!
