Purchased a conditioner cap
Purchased a conditioner cap, was wrong size, inquired about another size told 1 size only but could return, I emailed several days later that I would return & to ✓return address, no response, emailed 2nd × to state product was unused & that I take photos w/ a currently dated newspaper next to product as proof of product condition, only got my money back b/c of PayPal, who I think never received a response from Kapchair to it's inquiry either, which seems a lil shady at best & certainly unprofessional!
