I watched the video turn from 3 easy kitchen ingredients that you can make for yourself, to Oprah, who can also be found in the Himalaya pink salt trick, weight loss nonsense, seeing her was a (red light) plus most comments said the video was short, to the point, with no one selling anything omg!! ... these people are so so so cruel ... short that a crock! ... to help you guys, do not watch this BS!! ... these items they speak about you can hardly comprehend, then it turn out you would not be able to make it in that format so they are selling you it in a pill that the final nail in the coffin ... please save yourselves this anxiety and stress 😩 ... they are all liars! ...liars liars!! ...

Liars and cheats

Liars and cheats. Stay away stay far away. I bought 6 bottles back in August 2025. It didn't work at all. They subjected to not eat carbs, no sugar and exercise ect. I know how to diet. After many contact through email. I finally got the answer on how to return the product. I had to pay to return the bottles. Also on the video was guarantee I wouldn't have to. I had 4 unopen bottles, which I return. To date I have not got a refund and they won't email me back. The video I watched said money back guarantee and you can keep the product. That's not true. I had to pay for the 2 bottles all I used and a $100.00 restocking fee. So even if I got a refund it would be much. Stay away stay far away. Liars and cheat.

Bad customer support

Today I ordered 2 bottles of FlashBurn after watching the companies videos and reading reviews they posted. Within seconds of processing the first payment while I was watching what I thought was a required video, I was given the option to purchase 6 more bottles at a huge discount. I should have said no thank you but I said yes. They wanted me to do other things but I escaped out. At that point, I went out on my own and researched what I should have prior to placing an order. The reviews were awful. Especially on Amazon. The product only has 1 star. None of the people on Amazon list ANY weight. On another website, there were complaints about the refund process and some had waited for months to get a code for sending product back. I immediately sent an email to the company to cancel my order. It was within hours. It should have been possible because nothing had been shipped and it was less than 24 hours. Beatriz has indicated that I am supposed to try the product for 30 days and can then request a refund and will have to pay a restocking fee OR I can just pay a 10% cancellation fee. I told her that this was exactly what I had read online and was the reason I was cancelling. Seems like the reviews I read were on the mark. We shall see what happens next!
