Great way to navigate the keys
The shuttle service provided by Key West Electric Cars from Key West Express to the facility and back was a great bonus to a good experience with the electric car. We had a 4-seat car which worked well for us and our parents. The only recommendation would be to inspect the seatbelts. They were difficult to buckle and even more difficult to unfasten. We're strong, and we struggled, let alone our parents. Other than that everything was fantastic. Customer service is great, we left a water bottle in the shuttle and they're holding it for us until we head back for a few days in March. Everyone was great to work with.

Check in is easy
Check in is easy, employees are helpful showing you how, and where you can take the cart. I rented an electric car, however I had no place to charge it ( it gets about 25 miles a charge), and they changed me over to a gas cart with no problem.

The customer service 10/10 we were greated with a great smile 😃 and friendly conversation. Walked us thru the do's and don't on handling our cart..then when we returned they drove us right to our cruise port. Would we rent from them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Great carts, price and people
Great carts, great people and excellent pricing. After dealing with a few other companies for rentals and getting taken advantage of on pricing, I found this company. Great and easy to deal with. I will only use this company in the future!! If you’re going, do a reservation!

Courteous and competent staff provided excellent service.
Appreciated the free shuttle service to pick-up golf cart, clear instructions on how to operate it, phone number on engine key to access immediate attention if needed and shuttle drop-off at bus terminal when the golf cart was returned. All the staff we interacted with as kind, courteous and very patient. Will definitely use again and recommend.
