Easy and responsive
Ok course, Kibo has been the best experience in solving any issues we may have. We give you about a 5 star rating. It has been great working with Kibo. You personally answer and resolve questions we had, and we are so happy to have switched to Kibo service. The most important thing for us is that we can talk to a live representative, someone who is always ready to assist us.
The % charge is too high and patients are not happy. The team is helpful for service needs but again % is too high and inconvenient for patients to need to bring cash or check.
Wrote a previous review that i was charged $199.00 for pci compliance,got a call Re that review, from Kibo Pay,said i should not have been charged,charges were reversed,all is well,hopefully this will not occur again this year.

Our representative Ryan Molinaro is awesome. He is easy to work with and explains your card processing service/program in detail where and when needed. He is easily accessible. Any issues that he does not handle, he will stay on the line and get the other person on the phone to resolve the issue. Absolutely great service.
Shirley answered every question that we had with the new software. Very friendly and the card processing works even better than our bank's that we were using. Thanks for the great support!

Maria was outstanding! She was extremely conscientious and her directions were clear and easy to understand. She had to stay late to accommodate our patients and ensured all was done correctly. This is my review update.Unfortunately, I canceled this service within 3 months.Because Merchant Lynx deducted about $200 as an annual fee within 3 months. I talked with Lynx and he said I have to pay. I called another number to KIBO. They helped me a lot. In a month, I received a full refund from KIBO. Thank you very much for helping me. And also I received a monthly fee about $80 which I was deduced. Thank you very much for help. The system is good. There is no credit card fee for us when the customer used their card.

Shirley was knowledgeable and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly. Set up was a breeze. I presented my need to accept patients charges as well as insurance payments, and Kibo was able to program it without hassle.

Don't trust their ad. They charged $198.99 on Nov. 3 before free three month trial. In their contract, there is nothing about this agreement.I canceled within three months and returned credit card processing machine. They said they will credit $198.99 in a couple of weeks. They still keep charging another $78.99 instead of credit on Dec 2, 2025.They are the worst company which I have experienced before.
