I signed up for the program about 2 weeks ago. Heather was very helpful and professional and even prayed with me before going into any detail. However, this program is not helpful to me due to the fact that one of my creditors still withdrew a payment from my account without my authorization or consent and disconnecting autopay. I was told that they still can access my account regardless. KDS was not able to provide me with the help I needed

Chris did such a great job bringing me into the program. He took his time to get to know me and to thoroughly understand my situation. He was very patient with my questions and my stories and was also very compassionate and understanding. The whole program is set up so well!
