We bought a kitchen aid built in to…
We bought a kitchen aid built in to take the place of our old subzero 2000 model that was still working however the control panel went out, but it was 25 years old, decided to go with the kitchen aid due to price, but not really that much, it is a good looking refrigerator, but in no way does it measure up to subzero, the freezer does not consistently keep some areas of the freezer below freezing, we have had to throw out meat 2 times that when removed we’re not frozen, the kitchen aid is a wantobe sub z, it doesn’t measure up in any way except exterior looks

SO disappointed in our kitchen…
SO disappointed in our kitchen appliances purchased from Best Buy. Less than one yr old, Frig doors do not come clean, rubbing noise when microwave is used, the finish on the dishwasher is delaminating. There is no customer service, we were told it is all cosmetic. Such a huge investment for us and our kitchen looks tacky and unclean.

BEWARE - KitchenAid side by side (KRSC703HPS KITCHENAID 23 CU FT COUNTER DEPTH SXS REFRIGERATOR
Purchased a KitchenAid side by side refrigerator freezer in November 2020. It has worked well for some time although it never seems to make enough ice to fill the bin. Last year, we had to replace the water pump and just this week, the control board, which is a major part of a functioning appliance. I called the KitchenAid warranty department and they do not deem the control board, the board that controls the coordination of all things that make a refrigerator work, a major component. So, I am now out over $600 ($380 for parts), lots of lost food and a bad feeling all around. I called and they would not provide even a coupon for the future purchase of a KitchenAid appliance.

Purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator…
Purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator from Best Buy May 2024. Stainless door is rusting after 8 months of ownership. KitchenAid and it's parent Whirlpool doesn't stand behind it's products. They said that cosmetics are only covered for 30 days despite the problem obviously being due to poor quality stainless steel. KitchenAid does not highlight this 30 day coverage policy for this defect. Don't buy a Whirlpool stainless steel product if you care about the appearance of your appliance.
