Don’t buy from this company
I purchased a posture corrector from this company and found it to be less than helpful so emailed them about a return and refund. It says on their website that a full 30 day refund is available if the product doesn’t meet your expectations They responded that if I keep the product they will give me a 50% refund. I really don’t want it so I replied that I’d prefer a return and refund. They then told me there’d be a 15% restocking fee. I STILL don’t want the product- it doesn’t work for me- but I’m getting the run around and no response as to where I should send it. Horrible service. Do NOT buy from this company!!UPDATE: After all the hassle detailed above and about six emails, I received another email telling me that they are processing a full refund and I should get it in 3-5 biz days. IF I do get the refund I guess the lesson is: be a real pain to this company and threaten a bad review and report to BBB and you might finally get what you asked for in the first place.
