I ordered a higher end digital piano bundle from Kraft Music. Briggs reached out at the time of order, provided updates on shipping and emailed me when the order had been delivered (in additon to the notifcation by UPS). The product was delivered as ordered in great conditon. I read positive reveiws on Reddit prior to using their service; I came across many favorable reviews. My experience was no different. I recommend their services.
Service was great. Process was quick and easy, and scheduling for delivery of digital grand piano was simple and accurate. Delivery was timely and no damage at all. Price was great, and no problems with payment. Our transaction was handled by Scott, who was right on it the entire time.
I bought a drum set from Kraft. It arrived and was totally awesome. I had some trouble understanding what was included with the kit so I contacted them. Excellent response and customer service. Highly recommended.
