I was helped by Joey Gonzalez and he was very informative and answered all my concerns. I just started the program so we'll see how it goes but so far everyone has been very kind and helpful.

The deception these people use is…
The deception these people use is terrible. They don't give you clear information about how they operate. They supposedly offer you a low-interest loan, make you pay a monthly fee, tell you not to pay your debts because they're negotiating, and then you find out the negotiation period can be more than six months. They don't care about ruining your credit score, and you pay for a service they don't provide—that's a scam. Mr. Paul Nguyen from that company never gave me any information about the negotiation timeline. It's appalling. They work with your money and don't help you. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Beyond amazing experience! Marcos was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and provided exceptional customer service and advice. I feel relieved and so happy with the support I received. Highly recommend!

Ladder loans
I kept getting Flyers so I decided I'd give them a call. The people seem nice but when you give them your information your loans come back with 35% interest rate type loans, even with fair to good credit. Then they immediately go into debt relief at that point I said thank you for your time and hung up

I recently had a uncomfortable…
I recently had a uncomfortable experience with a agent named Marcos D it began ok but went down south after he continued to try and put me in a debt relief program. Today 2/12/26 a senior financial consultant named Michael M. Contacted me by email and wanted to do a soft pull on my credit. I responded and told him I was only interested in a loan. He never responded again! I wonder if this is a loan company or a debt settlement company only ?

Wes is busy with me however this is the Guy to help you!
Just started the process ill try to keep everyone updated. However I really lucked out, which is not normal, I got a gentleman representing and helping me, Wes is thename and he explains everything, continues to tell meto not worry so much and leave all the stresses with him. He is professional yet makes me laugh. He's educated and has many years of experience and knowledge, which helps me feel at ease.

Hello. My experience with Ladder Loans was really awesome. I’d have to say it was a lot of talking and singing paperwork ,but everything worked out perfectly and I’m am very happy with Joey @ Ladder Loans. He was really patient with me and he really wanted me to get this loan and whent out of his way to make sure everything came through properly. So I highly recommend Joey from ladder loans. Drowning in debt
I was hesitant about calling. But after I spoke with Rick Torres he made me so comfortable with speaking about my situation. After so many denials from so many others. He was able to see me for the person I was before my financial crisis started. I appreciate the time and dedication in which he spent with me to help give me a resolution. To help me breathe again. I couldn’t have had a nicer, polite, patient and knowledgeable agent to work with! Jennifer Corona was the best person I have ever dealt with in all of my communication with (live) agents at banks or retail payment offices. It would be nice if she could be cloned and placed everywhere that the consumer has to communicate with anyone! Thank you for your service and support throughout the procedure.
