Their website was easy to navigate and they have soooo many great options! It was so hard to chose one. The quality of the rug is fantastic and the design is super crisp. The rug is soft and lightweight and does not slide around. Very happy with this purchase and I will be purchasing from Lahome again when I have more floor to cover!
One of the best online companies I’ve ever bought from. Their customer service is excellent. The rug I bought is just as described. It’s incredibly soft and best of all, washable. I highly recommend them.
Love my rug! Vibrant and soft. It does slide on the wood floor so was disappointed when the corner grips didn't arrive with my order but reached out to customer service and being sent replacements. Overall, no complaints will buy again and better quality than a similar washable rug I bought
I absolutely love my rug! It took a little longer to ship than I thought it would, but after I reached out they communicated and had great costumer service. They even offered me 10% off once I received the rug to make up for the delay in shipping.
This is quite honestly one of the worst customer service experiences ive had. Their return policy truly doesn’t make sense to me and if you email them, good luck getting anyone to reply to you in a decent amount of time. All because I placed my order on a Sunday….I am asking for a color change because two minutes after I placed the order I realized it was the incorrect color. I emailed them no more than 5 minutes later….there was absolutely NO WAY to cancel my order, which would have been WAY easier. Nope. Order went through, didn’t head back from someone until the end of the following day. I was charged and sent the wrong color because I didn’t hear back from them in time to change it. Then I was told via email to refuse delivery for a full refund…..which I couldn’t do because they just left it on the doorstep. Now its just a waiting game…they have no idea how to handle simple exchanges and seems like they have no consideration for how inconvenient this stuff is for their customers at all. DONT BUY FROM THEM! Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

I have received my area rugs and they are beutiful and everything that the company said they would be. I am planning on ordering a few more. I’m so happy with my new rug! It’s incredibly soft and looks exactly like the pictures online. It adds the perfect touch to the room. Customer service was also fantastic—they were very prompt and helpful in responding to my questions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend!
They have AMAZING customer service and the store has so many styles to choose from. Prices are in their own category, low and friendly for the average buyer.

The rug came in and is beautiful! Had some issues with shipping and customer service was very slow to respond, but overall turned out to be a good experience.
I have three dogs so a washable rug is essential. The rug I purchased is very pretty and will easily fit in my washer but it’s basically the same as a bath mat. $75 was pretty pricey for what I got. Would have loved to have bought more but just can’t justify the cost for what you get.

I ordered several rugs and received partial order 2/13. Unfortunately, one runner was missing from the order. After four emails, finally received response on 2/23, but it was like a form response as if the responder (or AI??) didn’t understand my request. I promptly responded with their requested info, then had to wait another week before getting another response. Again, sadly, the response wasn’t directed to my specific issue. Sure wish they had a phone number to call and get an immediate response. I like the rugs but won’t use again because of all these delays and hassle.
The 5x7 rug is very nice. I ordered the 5x7, 2 runners, 12 corner grippers and picked a bonus Christmas rug on 17/Feb/26 and received everything except the runners on 23/Feb/26. I sent a msg to customer service last week indicating that the runners have not yet been delivered. As of today, 4/Mar/26, no response and no runners have been received. The only way to contact this company is by email. They do not appear to have any service agents.
I have tried to contact customer service for three days and have had no response Your reply is even worse than your customer service since I didn't even make my complaint until March 3rd
Rug was great quality but I ordered the wrong size. Despite that, the company was able to work with me on an exchange. Highly recommend working with Lahome.
This is one of the most responsive companies I have ever bought from. I accidentally ordered two-they immediately fixed the order. Very nice product, great price, fast shipping. My son loves this rug (it was a gift for him). I will be buying more! Just overall, great experience.
