Scam do not use this site
They sell batteries that say they are compatible with Asus gaming laptops but the battery will fail and shut my laptop off any time I play a game. Their idiotic fix was to only play games while plugged in. Followed every instruction to get a refund and after wasting hours proving it was faulty they refused to refund me. Total scam do not buy from this place.

While I appreciate the prompt delivery, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product I received.I would like to highlight the following critical issues:Defective Performance: After installing the battery and ensuring it was fully charged, the laptop only runs for approximately 30 minutes before the battery dies.Product Condition: Based on this poor performance, I have strong reason to believe that the battery I received is used or refurbished. A brand-new battery for this specific laptop model should maintain a charge for at least 2 to 3 hours.Consumer Rights: As a paying customer, I expect to receive a product that matches the description and quality standards advertised. I would like to understand how you address consumer rights and ensure quality service, as receiving a battery in this condition is concerning.

Battery is correct but at critical low stqte of charge
Battery is correct and delivered fairly quickly, but was completely discharged to a critical level, like <5%. This is not good and probably has damaged the life of this battery. I wonder how long it sat on the shelf?

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Save your money. I paid for the longer lasting, more expensive battery for my laptop (9hour) and got one that lasted 1 1/2 hours. They replaced with another that lasted 2 1/2 hours. When I requested a refund they said they could only refund 10%. I jumped through hoops and did everything asked to rectify this and got no assistance, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Zero customer service.

replacement battery fit like the original and works as expected
asus does not sell oem batteries. crossed my fingers and ordered the replacement laptopbatteriesdirect listed for my laptop. installed easily. the only minor annoyance is DHL shipping, which uses the local post office for delivery to the final address. that means (at my post office) an extra week and no way to track it. any order from november to january will be lost in my post office for months due to holiday backlog. luckily in june it only added a week. i would prefer any business shipping to a local post office make that obvious at order time and perhaps offer a direct shipment for an additional fee.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery for my laptop. I contacted the company immediately, explained my error, and got a immediate response back. They informed me of the proper battery, and after I sent back the wrong battery, they sent me the proper battery along with a refund of the difference in cost, since the battery I originally ordered cost more. All this was done with a quick turnaround and very professional and pleasant email correspondence.

Laptop battery is still in the box. Requested an RMA for over 3 months never any response from the company. It is a scam they load data encryption spyware onto your computer and hold you ransom. UPDATE: 04-08-2025Person responded asking if I sent the battery back already?Uhhh. No. LTBD will not accept return without an RMA, additionally they donot have a return address on the box nor an American address in Customer Service, ONLY Hong Kong address. My recent communication with LaptopBatteryDirect.com: MANAGER, LTBD, Please send me RMA with Address to return it the Laptop Battery to you.
