Lecton billetron pretty damn good
4 stars not 5 because fuel economy is not vastly better than JD jetting and performance feels similar.Still happy with my purchase despite the price.Easier to fit and work on, and cheaper than a smart carb and the billetron has the choke at the correct side (older models sometimes do not). The settings were perfect for the specifications I sent the dealer and it has not let me down whenever I tried it.Starts easily just about every time, only once has it taken many kicks to get going and that was whilst it was warm for some reason, but ten minutes later I stopped the bike and it started first or second kick so not sure what was going on with it for that moment.My bike performs great and I haven't had to mess with the carb at all where my old keihn constantly needed attention with the float and screw settings to work well and not leak fuel. (this was the main reason I got it)Didn't even have to set the float height before install and all the needle and screw settings were perfect, nice tan plug colour, very impressed.If you have a KTM EXC I recommend this carb in combination with an NGK iridium IX plug which is a smaller size and easier to remove/install than the stock plug which always was a pain without removing tank.You can get them on ebay in the UK and you do not have to wait weeks like a US smartcarb.Thanks Lectron
