Exceptional support
I worked with Levels during a critical career transition and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first call, my coach brought a calm, structured, and deeply knowledgeable approach to what was a high-stakes, complex situation. I was evaluating competing opportunities, negotiating compensation at a senior level, and trying to time everything carefully to protect myself professionally. Levels helped me think through not just what to ask for, but how and when to do it — which made a huge difference. What stood out most was how practical and realistic the guidance was. There was no generic advice or pressure to “push just to push.” Instead, the coaching was grounded in real market data, pattern recognition from similar negotiations, and a strong understanding of how large tech companies actually operate. That gave me confidence at moments where it would have been very easy to second-guess myself. As a result, I ended up with a materially better outcome than I would have achieved on my own — both financially and in terms of overall clarity and peace of mind. The support went beyond comp numbers and extended into decision-making, communication strategy, and timing, which was invaluable. If you’re navigating a senior-level offer, competing opportunities, or a complex transition and want thoughtful, experienced guidance, Levels is absolutely worth it.

Achieved a 10% increase on my base salary offer
If you are an experienced negotiator, you may not benefit much from this service. But if you’re not — and let’s face it, many of us aren’t — I’d hands-down recommend this service. For me personally, I was able to achieve a 10% increase on my base salary offer. I also found having an experienced recruiter in my corner when negotiating salary to be a game-changer.Highly recommended!

Can’t recommend Levels.fyi enough!
I can’t recommend Levels.fyi enough. I was nervous about negotiating and had no idea what to say or how far to push. My coach Randy walked me through the whole process, gave me the confidence I needed, and in the end I landed an increase in overall compensation plus equity. The best part was how personal and supportive it felt—they really had my back. Honestly, everyone should use Levels.fyi when negotiating for a job. Don’t settle for less!

Ryan has been such a legend as a coach
Ryan has been such a legend as a coach, really guiding me through the ins and outs of the offer negotiation process. His deep market knowledge and wealth of experience gave me a real boost of confidence when I was chatting with the recruiter. Thanks to Ryan’s amazing help, I managed to secure a fantastic bump in my total compensation. Couldn't have done it without him!

Thoughtful and detail oriented service - highly recommend!
Worked with Tina and she was amazing! To be honest I was initially a little skeptical about how effective a service like this could be and have always been scared of the negotiating process in general. However they really surprised me by thoroughly collecting key details about my exact situation, assessing my chances and being brutally honest, and giving me confidence about what would be reasonable to negotiate for and also shared often overlooked tips about the whole process. The level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail they put in really surprised me. Waiting for them to expand to more industries and would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing Salary Negotiation Service
When I started my job search, I never imagined how transformative working with a salary negotiation coach would be. Tina brought incredible energy and genuine excitement to every conversation we had - it truly felt like she was personally invested in my success and cared deeply about my career journey. What set Tina apart was her ability to pull back the curtain on the negotiation process. She helped me understand what was happening on the other side of the table: what recruiters and hiring managers were likely thinking, what their goals were, and most importantly, how I should be responding to position myself effectively. This insider perspective was invaluable.Tina walked me through every step of the process, from what to say during initial calls to how to handle each follow-up conversation. She gave me the confidence to discuss salary and title requirements without hesitation - something I'd always found intimidating before. Her coaching helped me take a holistic view of my negotiations, using salary ranges from other opportunities to strategically inform my communications with my target company. The real test came when I received my first offer. It was well above what I'd initially hoped for and higher than the range the company had originally mentioned. My instinct was to accept immediately - it felt too good to be true. But Tina reminded me that since they hadn't explicitly said it was their best offer, there was likely room for negotiation.I'm so glad I listened to her advice. By pushing for more, I was able to increase my total compensation by an additional $7,000. Without Tina's guidance, I never would have had the confidence to negotiate that first offer. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Tina's expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even empowering. I'll definitely be reaching out to work with her again the next time I'm job hunting.

Huge increase with no risk!
Without Ryan from Levels I would have never been able to negotiable such a large increase on my already sizable offer. Even if I was a skilled negotiator, the insight Ryan was able to provide about the hiring process at the specific company I was joining was invaluable. The service was well worth the money paid, and it seems risk free given their moneyback policy. I will definitely be using Levels again for any and all future job offers.

Levels.fyi Salary Review
I reached out to Levels.fyi after hearing from a friend about their negotiation service. They were super helpful and helped me increase my offer by 15% and helped me get to the top of the band. I connected with Randy and he is super helpful with the information about various bands at companies and how they tend to work. The best part is that you can't go wrong with reaching out to them and working with them - they guarantee you increases in all their packages so it is worth every dollar. Plus you get to learn more about how the other side works and you get fully prepared emails that help you increase your salary. Don't wait, get the higher offer you deserve.

Go for human resume review instead of automated one
After a review here, they contacted me with a proposal for a human review to be done for my review. I agreed to it.The reviewer was very friendly. She noted that my resume was excellent, and she wouldn’t know what to talk about for 45 minutes with me.She decided to give me recommendations on researching companies, and how to find places who would hire me. These recommendations were very helpful. So, my updated rating is:Customer support: 5 out of 5. They contacted me as soon as I told them I was not satisfied with the review and noted problems. Good job!Human resume review: 5 out of 5. Even if your resume is perfect, you will receive good tips. It is worth the full price.Automated resume review: 1 out of 5. You better be doing it yourself; the steps are not so complicated; it just takes time:1. Research profiles that you want to match.2. Use a template to write your resume.3. Make sure you list all of your accomplishments. Use common sense.4. Run it through grammar check; I used one AI tool for that.5. Send it to a professional paid proofreader. Therefore, my total rating is now 4 out of 5.Please improve the automated resume review or lower the price significantly, as it is not worth it now.The old original review for automated resume review is below:The resume review is full of mistakes, and if I use their suggestions, it will make me look dumb to employers. I am a Lead Software Engineer (Frontend), and here are the examples they gave to me:* They suggested to include "ECMAScript (C Programming Language Family)" - exactly like this. ECMAScript is not even close to C.* They suggested including "Zope (CMS)" when I did not state that I had experience with this CMS. So they tell you to lie to your employer, and then it's up to you to look dumb if you are asked something about this technology.* Too focused on quantifiable data, where their suggestions look like a joke: "improving user experience by 30%." - how do you even quantify the "user experience" - this is not a sales speech, and if it were, I would hang up my phone / close the door / walk away as soon as I hear something like this.Unfortunately, the rest of the review is similar to this. If you can read and write in English, you don't need this service. The review feels like a combination of AI suggestions (from ChatGPT) and quick human copy-paste from different resume reviews. As a Lead Software Engineer, I participated in the hiring process. I reviewed resumes for companies when we had open positions. And I guarantee that if I saw something like this, I wouldn't even conduct an initial interview. For me, this is the first big red flag when a resume looks like a person doesn't understand what they are talking about.Maybe they are good website for the salaries review, but they use this salaries as a bait so you can buy their low quality services.

I recently used Levels.fyi for salary…
I recently used Levels.fyi for salary benchmarking and negotiation service. There are many similar services out there for job seekers. What I appreciate about Levels.fyi is its human touch and thoroughness in the process. Most people, myself included, only think about salary negotiation when there is an offer in place. However, in a two week window, there are a lot of things at play and the stakes are extremely high. I am fortunate to work with one of their best coaches, Randy, and he guided me through communications to get myself more time, and other otherwise easy-to-ignore details. I am grateful for the hand-holding every step of the way, and would use their service next time I'm looking for a new role.

100x worth it, will use service again
The negotiation support service is 100x worth it. I've been taken advantage of before with respect to comp, even after negotiating to the best of my ability. Having someone in my corner who is well-versed in this aspect of the hiring process and is able to provide advice and guidance was invaluable. I feel like I got the most out of the offers that I received, and for the first time EVER, I feel like I was able to maximize my value.I would not hesitate at all to recommend this service to others; I've already recommended it to my friends.

Additional $75K!
Joe was wonderful to work with. I only wish I had used this service earlier in my career. I know now that during previous negotiations I left a huge amount of money on the table. Joe helped me increase my initial offer by $75K. Working with him also reduced the stress of what is typically an agonizing process for me. I learned a lot and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Levels.fyi Amazing Resume Review
I booked for an 1 hour resume review session with levels.fyi. The schedule availability is immense, I can basically book the meeting whenever I want to! And during the meeting the reviewer was very experienced (10+ yrs recruiter) and share alot of insights that even full time engineers would not know. After the meeting, the reviewer even offered to connect on linkedin and was open to any questions I had. Definitely worth the money.

I loved the candid advice I got from my coach!
I loved the candid advice I got from my coach. My coach and I were able to justify asking for a much higher offer than I would have felt comfortable with solo, and they matched the salary, gave half the additional stock, and offered a sign-on bonus (which is rare at this company).I've been at this company a week, and I love the compensation, but love the culture more. Levels.fyi helped me find the right fit at an appropriate compensation level relative to the value I bring.

Good (not exceptional) coaching
The coaching service was useful, but not exceptional. If you're a good negotiator, I wouldn't expect anything revolutionary. If you need someone to bounce ideas off of and check your logic, it may be useful.
