This company is so frustrating/Horrible customer service
This company is so frustrating. First of all, customer service is bad. I was told management would call me back. That definitely never happened. My main issue with the company is with an issue I had with their policy. When I received my first scooter, I was reading on their website that there is location services on ALL Levy scooters. If your scooter gets stolen, you call Levy and they can send the info to the police. Unfortunately, the day came where my scooter got cut out of a lock and stolen. I called the company to get the info to the police. They then told me they do not have location services. That only applies to their rented scooters. I pointed out that their website stated that ALL scooters have it. The customer service representative told me that I shouldn't even be able to see that information. They told me a manager would call me about it. The next day they had rewritten the language to state that their rented scooters had location services. No one ever called me back. They offered me a 25% off a new scooter by email. This is not the proper way to make a mistake right. This company is about the bottom line, not about customer service.
