LLVC SCAMMERS
This is a minus star score This company is a total shamble and one of the biggest scammers on planet earth.I hardly fall for scammers but how they got me is the big question. The pressure mounted on myself and the entire family during the sales presentation was unacceptable in a civilised society. They even carried me to my hotel to collect my credit card. With same threat that the contract can only be valid for that very day. The verbal discussion was different to what was written and was Not given time to think over it. Very high pressured sales.Their cost is higher than the normal hotel prices. Anyone that has been scammed Please let’s form a group either through What’s app or other social media platforms and let’s report them to the Authorities in Dubai so they could be held accountable and our hard earned resources/ money refunded. Please please let’s petition Dubai authorities because with this scam my interest in travelling to Dubai is reduced drastically. Dubai authority shouldn’t allow such thieves to operate in their country.I am unable to explain my ordeal. I am a new widow trying to face the reality of my new status only to discover this untold hardship when I attempted to book a hotel through my membership. The people have no conscience.Someone please In touch with me and let’s see the way forward.

Just a nightmare! How to cancel the membership?
I had last year December the same experience like all of you. Please does anyone can tell me how to cancel the membership? I tried to contact the LLVC but they customer service is telling me that the membership is irrevocable and the money not refundable. I am so sad that something like this exists in Dubai. For any help I would be very grateful.

SCAM!!!!
I went into Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club expecting luxury travel perks and honest deals but what I got was nothing like what was promised. They lure you in with “free” trips and VIP offers during a short presentation, but the reality is very different: the presentation turns into a multi-hour high-pressure sales pitch, and they push you to sign on the spot without giving you time to read the contract.Once you’ve signed and paid, what they advertised verbally doesn’t appear in the contract. Their so-called “luxury rates” were often more expensive than public hotel prices, even higher than Booking.com, and many promises about 5-star hotels and special access simply didn’t exist.Trying to cancel was a nightmare: cancellation requests were ignored even within the stated cancellation period, and customer service was evasive. This felt like a predatory sales tactic, not a legitimate travel club. DO NOT sign up to this.

Promises made during presentation were not reflected in actual service
I am sharing my experience with Lifestyle Vacation Club in Dubai to help others make an informed decision.During the sales presentation, I was told that membership would provide hotel rates significantly cheaper than major booking platforms. Based on these representations, I paid $8,000 for a package. After accessing the booking platform, I reviewed several hotel options and found that the discounts offered were approximately 4%, which does not reflect the substantial savings that were promised verbally and, in many cases, was comparable to publicly available rates. The sales process was highly pressurized, with repeated attempts to encourage immediate signing and additional offers presented as time-sensitive. Key terms were not clearly disclosed during the presentation. Instead, they were only contained within a five-page contract, which customers are expected to sign during the session. The package includes three complimentary stays, however, there is an 8–12 week waiting period to redeem them, which was not clearly communicated prior to signing.Based on my experience, there is a significant discrepancy between what is presented during the sales pitch and what is delivered afterward.Important advice:Do not rely on verbal promises. Ask for every benefit to be written clearly into the contract before signing. Take time to review the fine print away from the sales environment. If you are told prices will be cheaper than other booking sites, verify this independently before committing.

This place is scam!!!! DONT SIGN UP
This place is scammed. They promise you alot of stuff in a presentation but in reality nothing is real. I paid $8000 for a package and ive looked at hotels on their platform and all they are giving is 4% off when they promised you'll get it much cheaper than other booking site. Beware they force you to sign and keep coming back with offers and how its so good. The small prints they keep to themselves and only give you a contract which is like 5 pages. Ive got 3 complimentary stays but have to wait 8 to 12 weeks for it but they said after 4 days. Guys if you have been scammed, please leave a review on google and all other platforms!

I am adding my review to keep others…
I am adding my review to keep others from getting scammed by these monsters at LLVC. There is nothing “luxury” about them. We got scammed while on vacation in the Bahamas. They were so quick to get you to sign the arbitration document and even apply for credit on site. Please don’t take anything free that they have to offer you. There is nothing good about them. Beware‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ They will leave you in a big financial crisis, $50K they to make us liable for. Beware‼️‼️‼️‼️Beware‼️‼️‼️

If I was able to give Zero star I…
If I was able to give Zero star I would! I don’t usually write reviews but I am so disgusted this company of scammers Lifestyle Luxury Vacation club is allowed to do business in Dubai! I was there August 2025 I have the same experience as some of the other people here. They promised a lot of things but when I went to book I realized that I was not able to get any of what was offered. Free week is NOT free! Still waiting on trying to even get prices to the hotels on their list. I see signed up for presidential suite with meals they send me 1 hotel for a “King” room with breakfast. Where are all the luxury hotels they claim to have?Poor customer service, they won’t let you cancel, total scam. Forget about trying to book a hotel in other countries. When I tried they sent me accommodations that were sub-human! Apparently I was promised a fixed price but now still waiting for “prices” and still can’t even book! What a shame I love Dubai but this Lifestyle Luxury is scam and I now realize scammers are everywhere even in Dubai where the laws are supposed to protect you! DON’T waste your money here on “Lifestyle Luxury vacation club”. THE WORST!

Avoid them, robbers, organized criminals
Avoid them, they are literally robbers disguised as a vacations sales company. The Dubai business authorities are sleeping. I have lost trust in Dubai for investment. I got conned by them only because of my trust for Dubai LAW.They are selling a worthless vacation package to travellers and visitors of Dubai.

Fraudulent activity by Lifestyle Luxury…
Fraudulent activity by Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club DMCC. Inconsistency between Sales Representations and Actual Pricing.1.The financial terms in the contract are incomplete. The company did not provide the required documents. They charged us before giving the documents.2.We submitted our written cancellation request within the contract’s stated 4-day cancellation period. However, the company has not confirmed the cancellation nor provided any instructions, despite multiple follow-up messages from our side.

No Luxury!
A mess! There is nothing nice or comfortable about this place. There are seventeen of us here because of an Owner friend and we have never been more disappointed. The seven bedroom villa is horribly outdated and the four bedroom villa is out of water and so, the toilets don’t work. The Chef prepared food in the Villa this morning and the bacon was burnt and not enough food to feed the entire Villa. You pay over $1,000 per person for all inclusive and even being vip, the food is not good, restaurants are closed more than open and require reservations that must be made prior to arrival. We are a group of seventeen and only the owners (two of the seventeen) can make reservations. The birds eat the food off the buffet, cats are in the restaurant ceiling beam, and running on the restaurant floor. I saw five cats run behind me at the same time. Think about it, what is considered luxury here—ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The villa is falling apart and nothing works. The Italian Restaurant is a joke, no cats because it is walled in (looks like a cafeteria), no green salad or vegetables, pasta is cold, lasagna is just a mess and the worse part is we waited hours on our food to be delivered only to have to trash it because it was so bad. The last night we saw a huge rat run along the top of the ceiling in one of the restaurants. Usually, we are never ready for vacation to end but thank God, we only have one more day—longest vacation ever because the days drag here because it is so bad. Seven days is a long time when you only want to go home, even though the temperature is two degrees overnight at home, I want to leave. Last but not least, I have to tell you that the food is horrible and many people in our group got diarrhea, vomitted and one broke out in a heavy sweat and immediately fainted. This place is absolutely not recommended. I started writing this the day I arrived and we are now on the airplane home. Met two people (one the first return flight) who had the same experience. Met another (Dominican who lives in Puerto Plata on the second return flight) and she said everyone on the Island knows that place is bad. The sad part is I read all the reviews but my Owner friend assured me they were inaccurate—he lied! You have been warned!

I want to share my experience to warn…
I want to share my experience to warn others about Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club in Dubai. We were approached by their staff at Dubai International Airport and invited to what they called a “Hilton presentation” at the Hilton Al Habtoor City. It was supposed to last 45 minutes — but it turned into more than three hours of high-pressure sales. We were surrounded by multiple salespeople who kept saying the offer was “only valid today” and pushed us to sign right away without any time to think or review the contract. They made it sound like they were part of Hilton, but later Hilton staff confirmed they had no connection with them at all. They promised us 5-star hotels all over the world for around $600 per week, but never mentioned that it was actually part of RCI — an exchange program with limited availability. The truth is, the destinations are very restricted, and it’s nothing like what they described. After coming home to Sweden, we realised that everything they told us verbally was misleading. The platform prices were often higher than Booking.com, and many offers required expensive “all-inclusive” packages costing about $200 per person per day.

!!! Misleading and aggressive sales – official complaints submitted to Dubai authorities
We were approached by Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club at Dubai International Airport and invited to what was described as a short “Hilton presentation” at Hilton Al Habtoor City in Dubai. In reality, it turned into more than three hours of intense, high-pressure sales. We were surrounded by several salespeople, told that the offer was valid only “right now,” and pressured to sign the contract immediately — without being given any time to review or understand it.The company verbally claimed to be affiliated with Hilton, which turned out to be false. Hilton staff at the hotel confirmed they had no knowledge of such an event or company. The entire approach was deceptive and manipulative. After returning home to the UK, we realised that the verbal promises did not match the written contract. The prices offered through their platform were higher than Booking.com, and in some cases required us to purchase expensive “all-inclusive” packages costing around USD $180 per person per day.We requested a refund several times, but the company refused, replying through multiple separate email threads to make communication confusing and difficult to follow. We have since filed official complaints with:– Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Consumer Protection Division)- Ministry of Economy & Tourism / MOET — Federal Ministry– UAE Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department– Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) Compliance Department! We also opened a dispute in our bank. If you paid by Amex or another credit card, there is a big chance to get your money back.We hope that the authorities in Dubai will take this issue seriously and protect consumers from these misleading and unethical sales practices.I am currently 23 weeks pregnant, and the stress and pressure caused by this experience have had a serious emotional impact on me.If you are reading this before signing anything — please don’t sign on the spot.Take your time, read everything carefully, and verify every promise.!!! P.S. Several people have already managed to find me on Instagram after reading this review. If anyone else experienced the same situation, you can easily reach me there as well.

I joined Lifestyle Luxury Club (LLVC)…
I joined Lifestyle Luxury Club (LLVC) in Dubai after being promised VIP experiences, concierge service, and 20% off hotel published rates. It all sounded professional and exclusive — until I actually tried to use it.Shockingly, the LLVC “member rates” were higher than the public prices listed on the hotels’ own websites. Even with “promotions”When I finally used the membership, the hotel restaurant was closed before our arrival, even though our booking included room with breakfast. LLVC sent us to an overcrowded Hilton breakfast area where guests were waiting in long lines or being turned away. Their own concierge later described it as “an unfortunate situation.”We left early and paid for another hotel. LLVC refused to cancel the membership or issue a refund, citing a “4-day cancellation policy” even though they failed to deliver what was sold months before. After researching, I found many other members and even ex-employees describing the same pattern: high-pressure sales, inflated “discounts,” and evasive customer service. This company’s business model appears designed to mislead consumers under the image of luxury travel. I sincerely hope Dubai authorities review how such practices are allowed to operate under its name.

They are scammers..
They are scammers... Use aggressive sales tactics and when you want to cancel your membership even if it's the next few hours after the sale, the tell you they can't because it's to cover the administration fee for the sale.

⚠️ Warning about Lifestyle Luxury…
⚠️ Warning about Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club – Dubai ⚠️I want to share my experience so that others don’t fall into the same trap.As soon as I exited Dubai Airport, I was approached by representatives offering a “free cruise” and “free cool drinks”. In reality, this was only a trick to bring me to Hilton Habtoor Hotel, where I was kept in a 4+ hour high-pressure sales presentation. They convinced me to sign a 27-year membership contract with Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club, claiming I could book luxury hotels like Hilton for 259 USD per week including accommodation. However, after reading the contract, I discovered the truth:The 259 USD was only for “service fees”, not hotel stays.Accommodation costs were extra and not disclosed properly. All the promises made verbally (free cruise, hotel stays, special access) were false.Alhamdulillah, I was later able to get my money back through my bank, but it was a stressful and time-consuming process. This company has been operating with these tactics for years, mainly targeting European passport holders and tourists who are unfamiliar with the scam.⚠️ My advice:Do not accept “free cruises” or “free drinks” offers at Dubai Airport.Do not attend their so-called “presentations.”Never sign a contract on the spot.I love Dubai and I respect the UAE greatly, but companies like this damage the reputation of such a beautiful country. I hope action will be taken to stop them from scamming more tourists. If you want fill a case, send a message to tourismdisputes at dubaitourism.ae
