Excellent Watercool Computer PC Technician
The owner is quite knowledgeable in hardware configurations and worked on my water-cooled machine. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely reach out to him again if/when I have further needs. He's a PC hardware expert.

OMG!! Best Customer Service Ever! Called on a Sunday, got called back within 2 minutes and my IT issues were resolved within 15 minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and he was patient, kind and so knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend LiquidComputerz for any and all of your IT needs. Anthony was terrific and very professional. Helped me over the phone to get my printer going and only wanted to charge me $10, but I gave him 430, which was worth every cent. He saved me the trouble of taking it to Best Buy where it probably would cost at least $75. They also do IT and security. Rare to have such a great experience.

Needed help with upgrading my gaming PC
Needed help with upgrading the PSU and GPU on my gaming PC. I called two other local stores one had no idea what I was talking about the other had a 2 week turn around. Anthony knew what needed to be done and was able to come to my house and did the work within 48 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fast response / turn around time.

Unsolved tech problems abd recurring charges
No one to speak with in owners absence. Claims to be savy in security camera hookup, small tv wall mounting took 5+ billable hours with father called in to assist. Blames router issues on xfinity and scanner , fax problems on digital copier company, even though , LiquidComputerz billed consistently to fix the issue. IP address used not in sync with business scanner or fax causing a halt in business operations and repetitive charges
