Andrew Koval of Loanflight was outstanding. He and his team were able to process a complicated loan application in less than 3 weeks. My realtor was amazed at how accurate, professional, and fast Andrew and his team were able to get this loan closed.
Everything Damian said would happen happened. There were no surprises, and the rate was by far the best out there. I was working with another lender who kept telling me that Damian wasn't being truthful with me, that there's no way he can offer the rate he did. Ironically, that lender is the one who made promises he couldn't keep with new surprises in each updated loan disclosure. Damian has a customer for life.
Jason was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and reachable through this entire process of buying my first home. I’d absolutely recommend him to others, especially first-time home buyers! He was quick to answer the phone, emails, texts, and kept communication open throughout this whole process. I appreciate him and Kayla as well for helping us and answering all of our questions.
The team I worked with was so pushy and overwhelming that I ended up going with a different lendor. Using a VA IRRL refinance loan on current mortgage and rather than listen to what I was trying to do they pushed cash out, when I specifically said I didn’t want that and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t want certain things to not have to run numbers for different options. When they said they couldn’t do a certain rate, after discussion and me walking away they would reach back out with the rate as an offer. The experience was horrible and even though the rate was lower, I will not finance through them. I did end up getting a better rate through rocket mortgage a few days later. They kept contacting me and when I told them I am not proceeding with them due to better rate, the agent basically called me a liar saying he doubted anyone beat his rate. Horrible customer service. Very pushy and rude.
Great rates, very knowledgeable, very transparent, ALWAYS ANSWERING EMAILS/PHONES. Great experience overall. Definitely doing more business in the future.

LoanFlight was the 2nd lender I went to after being extremely unsatisfied with my 1st lender. My 1st lender took 3 weeks to tell me it isn't going to work for me. After applying with LoanFlight, Jason approved me within ONE HOUR! Their website is very user-friendly and Jason & Kayla were amazing every step of the way. We had a couple hiccups during the process of buying our home, but the team at LoanFlight worked very hard to make everything work out in my favor. I would 1000000% recommend to anyone!! I was really satisfied with the team at LoanFlight and would do business with them again. Allen W. helped me look at all options for my refinance and even looked into the details of my original loan and home equity loan to find the best option. He asked questions that other potential lenders did not and was able to save me more money than other lenders based on these questions. The process was easy to do with everything electronic.
We explained our situation in advance of applying for a loan and were told it was no issue (we had filed an extension on our taxes). Loan Flight pulled our credit not once but twice and then denied us a loan due to not being able to pull tax returns when we explicitly told them this from the beginning. Would never recommend them.
