This isn't the reputable online gem decor company you might consider for a craft or otherwise project. They are nonresponsible and clearly fouled up with poor personnel and business practices. I placed an order on 7/30/24. On 8/3/24 I was told it was delivered to me when in fact, and verified by the USPS, it was delivered to an address in San Francisco, California. Hey, I live in Las Vegas, Nevada! -How does a shipping department screw that up? The real point is? Call after call, email after email and not one department, customer service, sales or shipping would respond for almost a week now. I don't know about any one else, but I worked hard alot of years for a pension - and I sure as "hello" don't appreciate being taken advantage of by some specious, lousy, inefficient retailer OR company of ANY kind, online or otherwise! These people get the overall #1 prize for being one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with in all my years on this planet. One can only wonder how any one of their employees mentioned places their head on the "pillow" at night to have a restful sleep!
